Product Information

The Onlysay Head-Up Display is designed specifically for Tesla Model Y/3 vehicles. It provides a convenient display of important information directly on the windshield, allowing the driver to stay focused on the road. Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting the installation process, ensure that the device is powered off and all functions are working properly after connecting the cables.
  2. Begin the installation by removing the left and right instrument side panels of your Tesla Model Y/3.
  3. Next, remove the decorative board from the instrument panel.
  4. Count 37 holes from the left side and insert two lines into their respective holes.
  5. Securely install the iron plate for stability.
  6. Remove the buckle from the device.
  7. Connect one end of the power cord to the gray plug of the original car.
  8. After installing the fixing plate, ensure that the power cord comes out from the designated opening.
  9. Connect the other end of the power cord to the computer plug.
  10. Connect the power cord to complete the installation.
  11. Check the installation effect to ensure proper functionality.

  • Any changes or modifications to this unit that are not expressly approved by the responsible party for compliance may void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
  • The device is intended for indoor use only in the frequency band 5150-5250 MHz. This limitation is in place to minimize potential harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems.

Navigation Bar Function Guide

Touch the LCD Panel right corner will display the navigation bar, select each icon will enter into each interface. The Navigation bar auto-hidden after 5 Seconds if there is no touch

In system settings, if choose Auto, it will auto switch with Tesla large display

Slides up/down on the left edge of the panel change the volume of the panel’s internal amplifier. If the panel Bluetooth is connected with the vehicle’s original Bluetooth then the amplifier will automatically shut down.KR-9275

Lamp Model Info
Headlamp, Break lamp Synchronous display

Safe Distance Info
Displays the safety distance value set by the current original vehicle

Door Info
Display 5 Doors switch status

Tire Pressure Info
The tire pressure values of four tires of the original vehicle are displayed, and the tire pressure units can be switched by touching the unit icon during normal driving, if there is a door unclosed or a tire pressure alarm, the interface will automatically jump to the corresponding alarm interface, and lock the up and down sliding function until the alarm is released, and will automatically jump back to the lamp vehicle model Interface.

Mileage Information Description

The single mileage, total mileage, and remaining mileage information are displayed under the power instrument. The display unit follows the original vehicle.

  • Single Mileage: The single trip mileage is accumulated from zero clearing. Touch the mileage value to clear the single-trip mileage.
  • Total Mileage: Follow the original car
  • Remaining Mileage: Follow the original car

Smart Phone Screen Projection UIKR-9275-Onlysay-Head-Up-Display-FIG-

The screen projection interface can be displayed in full screen or normally, default is normal. If you need to change, you can go to the connection mode column of the setting interface to modify the mobile phone projection display. Fixed normal display in Carlife mode. Some instrument information will be displayed synchronously on the right side of the normal display.

System Settings

  • Supported Car Model : Support TESLA Model 3 & Model Y
  • Temperature unit: Set the temperature unit, Celsius (”C)/ Fahrenheit (°F). Mobile Connectivity: Support Wireless CarPlay, Wired/Wireless Android Auto. CarPlay and Android Auto support Full-Screen display or Normal Display. Display mode: There are 3 display moods: day mood, night mood, and auto. Set the instrument panel display mode, under Auto Mode, it will auto-switch with the Tesla large display.
  • Body Color: Support 5 Colors of the Body.
  • Time Zone : Set the Instrument Panel time zone, default GMT +8
  • Time Format : Set the Instrument Panel time display format with 12/24.
  • Steer Wheel control: Enable/disable the mobile phone interface control function

Screen Brightness:

  • Auto mode – Panel brightness automatically synchronizes with the central dashboard.
  • Manual mode – Slide up/down on the right side of the panel to change the brightness.

Steering Wheel Roller Operation

  1. Left Push
    • Short push : Switch to the previous song/ Hung up
  2. Down Push
    • Short push : Songs playing/pause
    • Long push : Activate Siri/Googie/XiaoDu
  3. Right Push
    • Short push : Switch to next song/Pick up call
  4. Left Push Short push: Back to the previous menu
    • Long push : Exit mobile screen projection and back to the panel interface
  5. Rolling In the mobile screen Mirror control mode, scroll up and down to switch the instrument interface / mobile screen projection interface. When the mobile phone is in the screen projection control mode, scroll the knob up and down to switch the mobile phone/instrument interface
  6. Right Push Short push : if in mobile screen projection mode, short push activates CarPlay/Carlife/A android Auto.

Cautions : The Steering Wheel Roller Control Functions only work under the automatic Driving Mode

CarPlay Connection
In System Settings, choose CarPlay as a smartphone connection, and choose display mode. Click Confirm, device will restart.KR-9275-Onlysay-Head-Up-

Open Bluetooth of the iPhone, search BT _LINK ID, and connect with this BT ID. Will auto-connect with Carplay Screen Projection UI?

  1. Search the BT ID: BT _LINK, click to connect

Android Auto wired/wireless connection

Wired Connection
Settings ->System Settings ->Mobile Connection ->Choose A-Auto, Connect the mobile with the vehicle then a massager will pop out. Select Recharge-only and it’s successfully connected.

Wireless Connection
Settings ->System Settings)) Mobile Connection)) Choose A-Auto (As in picture below), Activate WIFI in the mobile use Bluetooth searching, and connect -LINK. After 10 seconds, Android Auto will automatically finish the connection.KR-9275-Onlysay-Head-Up-Display-FIG- \(16\)

OTA

  2. After selecting the appropriate Ul in System Update, click start for OTA update

Installation steps

  1. Remove the left and right instrument side panels

  3. Counting 37 holes from left to right, insert two lines respectively

  5. Fixed installation of iron plate
  6. Remove the buckle
  7. Take the iron plate
  8. Connect one end of the power cord to the gray plug of the original car
  9. After installing the fixing plate and tightening the screws, the power cord comes out from this opening
  10. Connect the other end of the power cord to the computer plug
