The projector is equipped with WiFi connectivity, allowing users to connect to a wireless network and access various features. It supports both iOS and Android devices for screen mirroring.
Projector WiFi Settings
- Use the remote control or projector button to navigate to the main interface.
- Select ‘Network’ and press the OK button to enter Network information.
- Select the Scan option to display a list of available WiFi networks.
- Select the desired WiFi network and press OK.
- A virtual keyboard will appear. Use the remote control to enter the WiFi password.
- Place the control cursor on the keyboard and press Enter.
- Press the Connect key to complete the password input.
- Press the Return or Home key to return to the main interface.
Connecting the Projector to an iOS Phone via WiFi
Note : Screen mirroring is supported, but iOS device data cannot be transferred.
- Follow the projector WiFi setup steps mentioned above to connect the projector to WiFi.
- On your iPhone, open the WiFi settings and ensure it is connected to the same WiFi network as the projector.
- Open the projector menu using the remote control.
- Select ‘iOS Cast’ and press OK to enter the interface.
- On your iOS device, swipe up to access the options interface.
- Click the screen mirroring icon and select the projector name (icast xxxx).
- Click to connect and establish the connection.
Connecting an Android Smartphone to the Projector via WiFi
- Follow the projector WiFi setup steps mentioned above to connect the projector to WiFi.
- On your Android device, open the WiFi settings and connect to any WiFi network.
- Open the projector menu using the remote control.
- Select ‘Miracast’ and press OK to enter the interface.
- In the Android device settings, select the ‘Phone Projection’ option.
- Select the current projector name (icast xxxx) and click to connect.
- Once the connection is successful, the screen content of your Android device will be projected onto the projection surface.
Projector WiFi settings
- Use the remote control or projector button to find ‘Network’ on the main interface. Press the OK button to enter Network information; Select the Scan option and a list of WIFI names will appear.
- Select the name of the WiFi you want to connect to, press the OK key to display the virtual keyboard, use the remote control to enter the password, place the control cursor on the keyboard, press the Enter key, and then press the Connect key to complete the password input. Press the Return or Home key to return to the main interface.
How to connect the projector to an iOS phone via WiFi?
Note : It only enables screen mirroring over WiFi, not iOS device data.
- Follow the projector WIFI setup steps to connect the projector to WIFI and open WIFI on your iPhone. Please ensure that your iPhone and projector are connected to the same WIFI.
- Open the projector menu, use the remote control to select iOS Cast, and press OK to enter the interface.
- On the IOS device page, slide up to enter the options interface, click the screen mirroring icon, select the projector name icast -xxxx, and then click to connect.
How do I connect my Android smartphone to the projector via WiFi?
- Follow the projector WiFi setup steps to connect the projector to WiFi and open WiFi on the Android device to connect to any WIFI.
- Your Android device and projector do need to be connected to the same WiFi.
- Open the projector menu, use the remote control to select Miracast, and then press OK to enter the interface.
- Select the “Phone Projection” option in the Android device settings, select the current projector name: icast xxxx, click and connect.
- After a successful connection, the screen content of the Android device will be projected onto the projection surface.
