Product Usage Instructions

How to Insert Earphones and Adjust Headset:

1. Identify the Right and Left earphones.
2. Place the earloop over or behind the ear.
3. Insert the earphones into the ear canal and rotate them to ensure a secure fit.
4. Adjust the earphones for a good seal.
5. Bend the earloop up to secure the cable junction underneath the earlobe.
6. Make sure the earloop is positioned snugly behind the ear and position the microphone near the corner of the mouth.

How to Insert Foam Tips:

1. Roll the foam tip between your fingers to compress it.
2. Insert the compressed foam tip into the ear.
3. Hold the foam tip in place.
4. The foam tip will expand to fit the ear canal.

Pro Tips:
Use the shirt clip provided with the headset to reduce cable noise and tugs. Keep the microphone tip at or behind the corner of your mouth to reduce plosive sounds and high-volume mic overdrive. If you need to extend the cable, extend both the microphone and audio cables separately. Joining them in a single TRRS extension can cause cross-talk.

Warranty:
From the date of purchase, our two (2) year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects of the Kimura headset and its accessories. If you experience a product defect within the return period of the reseller from which you purchased it, please return the item to the retailer. If you are outside their return window but within our warranty window of 2 years (or the minimum warranty required by your country from the date of purchase), we will repair or replace your Kimura headset for any manufacturing defects in the Kimura and its accessories at our discretion.

Our Warranty does not cover or is voided by the following:

1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse.
2. Malfunction due to wear and tear.
3. If you cannot supply a valid dated proof of purchase.
4. If the Kimura headset has been disassembled.

Before returning your Kimura headset for repair or replacement, please contact us first at CustomerService@AntlionAudio.com for further assistance! After Warranty repair or replacement, your Warranty will remain in effect until either two (2) years after your original purchase date or ninety (90) days after repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

For Australia Only: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

HOW TO INSERT EARPHONES AND ADJUST HEADSET

1. Identify Right/Left
2. Place earloop over/behind ear
3. Insert earphones and rotate to seat into the ear canal
4. Adjust for a good seal
5. Bend earloop up to secure cable junction underneath the earlobe
6. Ensure the earloop is positioned snugly behind the ear and position mic near the corner of the mouth

HOW TO INSERT FOAM TIPS

1. Roll tip between your fingers to compress
2. Insert into ear and hold
3. The tip will expand to fit the ear canal

PRO TIPS

• Use the shirt clip to reduce cable noise and tugs.
• Keep the mic tip at or behind the corner of your mouth to reduce plosive and high-volume mic overdrive.
• If you need to extend the cable, extend both mic/audio separately; joining them in a single TRRS extension can cause cross-talk.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Earphones are uncomfortable: try different ear tips for each ear and ensure earphones are on the correct sides.
2. Microphone boom bounces with movement: bend the earloop so that it fits snugly underneath the earlobe, and use a shirt clip to reduce wire pulling.
3. Sound does not work: make sure the mic and headphone lines are connected to the correct jack. Red: microphone, green: headphones. If your system has only one jack, use the included TRRS adapter.
4. Sound lacks bass: try different ear tips for a better seal in the ear canal.
5. Others hear themselves/echo in my mic signal: when possible, avoid using single-port headset jacks and always extend the headphone and mic cables separately.
