Two ways to connect product screens
1. Connect using a full-featured USB-C cable (all necessary cables are provided in the package).
- Select one USB-C cable from the package.
- The 7-shaped corner of the USB-C cable connects to the position on the back of the product labeled “TYPE-C Interface”.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the full-featured USB-C port on your laptop.
- Completing the above three steps will complete the connection.
Connect using two cables: an HDMI to USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB-A cable (all necessary cables are provided in the package).
- Choose the HDMI to USB-C cable and the USB-C to USB-A cable from the package.
- Connect the C-end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the product screen, and connect the C-end of the USB-A to USB-C cable to the Type-C port labeled on the product.
- Connect the HDMI end and the USB-A end to your laptop, or connect the USB-A end to an external power source (Note: When connecting the USB-A end to an external power source, it will reverse power the laptop).
- Completing the above three steps will complete the connection.
TYPE-C Power can be powered by an external power source or connected to a laptop for power supply.
If your laptop has two full-featured USB-C ports, you can use the two USB-C cables provided in the package to connect two screens individually. If your laptop has one full-featured USB-C port and one HDMI port, you can use the USB-C cable from the package to connect one screen, and for the other screen, use the HDMI to USB-C cable and USB-A to USB-C cable provided in the package. If you want to provide power to your laptop during usage, you can connect an external power source to the Type-C port on the back of either screen.
