Intruduce

How Queue Management System work?

1.  Customer goes to the Service station and takes a number;
2. Customer wait for their service;
3. When it is the turn, the counter worker will press the number on the keyboard to call the customer;
4. The customer’s number will show on the display screen with a prompt sound so that the customer knows it is time for the service counter.

Basic Operation

Keys Intruduction:
Screen.
POWER: Connect Power.
FUN: Enter setting status or Exit setting status.
SETNOL+: Select number/Increase volume.
MOVENOL-: Shift the number to change the number place/Decrease volume.
ENT: Enter setting status and Confirm the setting.
Keypad:
0-9: Number list
-: Decrease Number
+: Increase Number
Bell: Calling Number

Main Functions

F-1 Storage
Connect the keypad with display
While plugging in the power supply, you will see a ID CODE on the keypad screen, please remeber it.
Then pair the keypad with the display as follows:

1. Hold [FUN] on the display for 3 seconds till the screen display [F-1];
2. Press [ENT], 3 numbers appear on the screen;
3. Press [ENT] again, the number on the display will flash;
4. Press any number on the keypad, then press [Call] on the keypad, then you will see the ID CODE of the keypad display on the display screen, that means they are connect successfully;
5. Press [FUN] twice for back to standby status.

• If you wanna add more keypad or display to the system, just need repeat the steps to add the keypad to the other screen.
  F-3 Screen Display Mode
  Set the time of the number displayed on the receiver screen (Default set: 30 seconds)

  1. Hold [FUN] on the display for 3 seconds till the screen display [F-1];

  2. Press [SET] or [MOVE] to F-3;

  3. Press [ENT], the screen show [000], press [SET] to increase the number from 000 to 255 or press [MOVE] to decrease the number from 255 to 000;
     Tips: If you set [000], the number will display on the screen all the time!

  4. Press [ENT] to confirm the number you set.

  5. Press [FUN] twice back to standby mode.

F-4 Alert Mode Setting
This display could be used many kinds of service area. The sound alert
could be changed according to your need. There are 3 kinds of alerts for
your choice:
0. Dingdong
1. XXX Number Number
2. Dingdong+Number XXX

1. Hold [FUN] for 3 seconds till the screen show [F-1];
2. Press [SET] or [MOVE] to F-4 (the screen will show [F-4]);
3. Press [ENT], the screen will show [0].
4. 1. Press [SET] once, the screen display the number [0], it is means [Ding-Dong Promot Mode];
5. Press [SET] twice, the screen display the number [1], it is means [Number XXX Promot Mode];
6. Press [SET] third time, the screen display the number [2], it is means [Ding-Dong Number XXX Promot Mode];
7. Press [ENT] to confirm the mode you set,
8. Press [FUN] twice back to standby mode.

F-5 Volume Setting
There are 8 volume levels option. Level 1 is the lowest level, Level 8 is the loudest level.

1. Hold [FUN] for 3 seconds till the screen show [F-1];
2. Press or [MOVE] to F-5 (the screen will show [F-5]);
3. Press [ENT], the screen will show a number between 0 to 8;
4. Press [VOL+] to increase volume level
5. Press [VOL-] to decrease volume level;
6. Press [ENT] to confirm the volume level you choose;
7. Press [FUN] twice to back to standby mode.

F-7 Restore Setting

1. Hold [FUN] for 3 seconds till the screen show [F-1);
2. Press [SET] or [MOVE] to F-7 (the screen will show [F-7});
3. Press [ENT], the screen will show [-0-];
4. Press [ENT] to confirm the restore setting;
5. Press [FUN] twice back to standby mode.
