Before starting assembly, carefully check all the parts to ensure that they are complete and free of defects or damage.
SP-INFLATABLE KAYAK INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY PROCESS
1.Three air chambers inflated
A.Put the folded inflatable kayak on a flat place and unfold it. B. Make sure
the valve is in the upright position.
C.Take out the air pump. Attach the air pump hose to the gauge housing (side showing inflation) and tighten. ①
D. Unscrew valve cap on float (counterclockwise). Connect the hose from the air pump to the valve and turn the pump connector clockwise to snap into place. ②
E.Start to inflate the buoy. Try to maintain proper posture and leverage as you inflate.
F.After filling the air, turn the pump half a circle (counterclockwise) to remove it, and finally tighten the valve cover (clockwise), only the valve cover can guarantee the final airtightness.
TIPS:
- The correct pressure for this float is: 10 PSI max. Don’t go over this! The display of the air pump needs to be above 5PSI to start working.
- Insert the acrylic water baffle into the PVC of the bow water baffle to keep it upright.
2.Assemble the seat
A.Connect the 4 buckles of the seat with the D ring in the boat: ① No. D
buckle is connected with ① No. D ring; ② No. hanger is connected with ② No. D
ring; ③ No. The number hanging buckle is linked with the ④ number D ring.
B.After linking the buckles in sequence, tighten the seat.

REPAIR KIT
If your inflatable kayak needs repair,use the patches in the repair kit and
follow these steps:
- Fully deflate the inflatable kayak, lay it flat and wait for it to dry.
- Cut the patch 5cm larger than the tear/rip.
- Clean the repaired area with alcohol.
- Apply three coats of adhesive on the patch and inflatable kayak. Wait 5 minutes between each layer.
- Place the patch over the tear/tear. The adhesive reacts quickly so make sure the positioning is precise/accurate. Use a roller to make sure the patch is flat.
- Wait 24 hours before inflating the kayak.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND STORAGE
- Before storing, rinse the inside and outside of the boat with clean water and drain the water, and let it dry completely to prevent mold growth.
- If the product is stored outdoors, lift it off the ground and cover it with a tarp to prevent exposure to sunlight.
- Store in a clean and dry place.
- It can be properly inflated in winter (low temperature), keep natural curl, do not fold and store.
