IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

This product is only for household use, not for commercial or industrial use, nor for outdoor or humid places;

Never let children or people with weak thinking ability use this product alone;

Use it in a safe environment and under the instructions and supervision of a person who understands the safe use of the product and its hazards. Under such circumstances, never let children use it;

Pay full attention when using it near children and pets. In addition, be careful not to let children and pets play with this product;

Do not touch the power plug and this product with wet hands, do not absorb moisture and liquid;

Do not use this product when the power cord or power plug is damaged;

In the case of malfunction, damage, or immersed in liquid, be sure to contact customer support;

Do not disassemble the product, wrong assembly method may cause electric shock or fire, contact customer support when you need repair;

Do not suck flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline. Do not use it in an environment with flammable or combustible gas;

Do not pull the power cord, or put heavy objects on the top of the machine. Do not clamp the wires to a closed door;

Do not suck anything that is on fire, smoking, or high temperature such as cigarettes, matches, hot soot;

Do not block the opening for use;

Unplug the machine before maintenance;

Do not use or keep it in humid places such as outdoors or bathrooms;

Do not use products with fragrances as filters. Such chemicals may become one of the causes of fire;

Use it only with specified voltage. You can find the specified voltage on the bottom of your machine;

When using our product for the first time, you may notice a slight odor. This is normal and will not have any adverse effects on the body. The odor will dissipate after a short period of time. However, if you notice a persistent burnt smell, please stop using the product immediately and contact our customer support for assistance;

Keep the dust cup and filter clean.
If the dust cup and filter are used dirty, they may be the cause of a malfunction; -
When maintaining, be sure to unplug the power cord before proceeding If the power is turned on for maintenance, there will be a risk of electric shock or injuries;

Please stop using this product immediately if the temperature rises abnormally.
If there is abnormal motor heating or suction nozzle blockage, please stop operation immediately, remove the dust cup, and make sure the suction port and filter are clean. Wait for 60 minutes before restarting; -
Before use, please make sure the filter is installed. If the product is used without the filter, it may damage the motor.

Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing.

Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.

Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, « left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.

Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or « corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.

Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.

Turn off all controls before unplugging.

Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
Save These Instructions
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper
outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

Get Started
Assembly
Insert the interface of hose with circular button to connect it to the vacuum
device.
Note: Please check the direction of the hose and connect it correctly to
the vacuum device.
Power on
Insert the power plug into the power outlet to power on the device.
Connecting accessories
Connect the accessory to the vacuum cleaner through the hose for the product
to function
Use of Accessories
Grooming Brush
To remove pet hair and debris while also promoting longer, fluffier hair.
Designed to handle floating hair on pets and the garbage that gets trapped in
their fur.
Deshedding Tool
Used to remove excess hair from pets and create a well-groomed appearance.
Note: Please use caution when operating this tool, as the cutting edges
are sharp and may cause skin scratches if too much force is applied.
Cleaning Brush
It can clean the hair from pets or from people’s clothes.
Nozzle
Designed for fast removal of hair from large surfaces such as sofas, clothing,
and beds.
Electric Clippers
Designed for trimming pet hair, with a feature that allows hair to be
suctioned in while shaving, preventing loose hair from flying around
Note: Please use caution when using this tool, as the sharp edges and
points may cause skin scratches if too much force is applied.
Clipping Comb
Designed for pet hair styling and can be used optionally with different hair
combs according to different styling needs.
Note: The guide combs are small and can be easily misplaced. When not in
use, it is important to store them properly to prevent loss.
Wind Cover
Designed to enhance the suction of the air outlet when trimming hair. It can
also guide the airflow through the suction path. (optional use)
Note: The wind cover is relatively small, so please store it properly
when not in use to avoid loss.
Get started and suction adjustment
To start the device, press the power button. Then, select the appropriate
suction level for your needs.
Once the device is plugged in, a white light will illuminate. During use, the white light will pulse (gradually increasing and decreasing in a loop).
If the electric clipper becomes blocked or encounters an obstacle, all four lights will flash in red
Care and Maintenance
Cleaning and Maintenance – Dust Bin
Remove the dust bin
Lift the dust bin upward to remove it.
Open the bottom cover of the dust bin and empty out the debris.
Flip the dustbin over with the filter facing upward, and rotate the bottom
cover of the dustbin to open it and empty out any remaining debris.
Install the bottom cover and dust bin
Reattach the bottom cover to the dustbin, rotate the bottom cover to secure
it, and then place the dust bin back onto the vacuum device.
Cleaning and Maintenance – Electric Clipper
Remove the blade head
Note: Before removing the blade head, please push the moving blade
adjustment knob to the lowest position.
Use the suction porttoremove any remaining debris.
Apply lubricating oil to the blade head.
Note: It is recommended to apply lubricating oil to both ends of the
stationary blade and adjust the position of the moving blade to allow the
lubricating oil to drip into the stationary blade.
Cleaning and Maintenance – Filter

Remove the dust bin and take out the filter.
-
Wash the filter with running water and let it dry.
-
Leave it in a well-ventilated place to dry for at least 24 hours.
-
Once completely dry, install the filter back in the original position following the direction as shown in the diagram below.
Make sure to install the filter correctly.
Note:
- The filter needs to be cleaned regularly
- The maintenance period varies depending on usage frequency and condition. Please replace it regularly.
- When cleaning, be sure to cut off the power and unplug the power cord.
- Be sure to completely dry the filter before installing it. Using a filter that is not completely dry may cause electric shock and malfunctions

Warranty

The warranty period for this product is 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is only limited to free repair of the product purchased. Consumables and accessories are not subject to warranty.

If the product is damaged or malfunctions during normal use, it can be repaired free of charge during the warranty period. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided.

The following cases will be subject to a fee, even within the warranty period:
a. Product failure and breakage caused by misuse or intentional damage.
b. Product breakage caused by shipping or other external factors.
c. Product breakage caused by pets.
d. Product failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
e. Product damage caused by use beyond the scope of general household use. -
Repairs will not be covered for the following cases, regardless of warranty status:
a. Products purchased through channels other than our own.
b. Products that have been disassembled or modified by the customer.
c. Consumables and accessories that come with the product. -
If the product is repaired under warranty, the shipping cost will be covered by Neakasa, but the cost of packaging materials will not be included.

If the product is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be responsible for shipping and repair costs when returning it for repair.

The warranty period for exchanged products will be based on the original purchase date.

Repair or replacement services may only be available in certain countries or regions.
