Important Safety Instructions

READ BEFORE INSTALLING BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Please verify the following items:

• Ensure your TV and any other accessories you plan to use DO NOT EXCEED the specified weight limit of your TV wall mount.
• You read and understand these directions.
• You refer to the documentation that came with your Sonos® Arc™ and TV wall mount for additional guidance.
• You have the tools needed for installation.

WARNING

• This Sonos® Arc™ TV Attachment is only designed to be used with TV wall mounts that meet third party safety certifications.
• This soundbar mount is designed to be installed and utilized only as specified in this manual.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for improper assembly, use, or handling of this product.
• Your wall must be capable of supporting FIVE TIMES the weight of your TV, TV mount, and soundbar combined.
• Failure to follow these instructions could result in an unstable situation that may result in property damage or personal injury.

Weight Limit for Your TV Mount

CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage!
The weight of your TV+ TV Mounting Bracket+ Sonos® Arc™ , and any accessories, MUST BE LOWER than the maximum weight rating of your TV mount. See your TV mount’s manual for maximum weight allowed.

REQUIRED FOR FITTING

*Your TV wall mount may vary from the illustrations throughout this manual – NOTE that the procedure to install the Sonos® Arc TM is the same.

PARTS SUPPLIED

Unfold The Sanos® Arc™ Attachment

Unfold the Sonos Arc mount and secure with a single screw. (5)

Preparing Your TV Mount – VESA Pattern Size

Adjust both arms of the Sanos® Arc™ TV Attachment so the speaker is in the desired postion.

NOTE : You may need to reposition the hole locations on the arms to adjust the Arc™ to your desired position. IMPORTANT: For stability the final position of your Arc™ must be within 1 inch (25mm) of the bottom of the TV.
NOTE : When positioning your Arc™ , make sure you will be able to access the control buttons on the top surface. (If required) Adjust the Soundbass® Sanos® & Arc™ TV mounting Attachment to match the VESA hole pattern of your TV.

Adjusting the Sanos® Arc TM Attachment

Adding Optional Spacers [If Required]

• For optimal Dolby Atmos Sound, Sanos recommends that the top of the sound bar is positioned in front of the TV screen. The Sanos Arc has two speakers in the top that fire the sound upwards.
• The spacers are totally optional and may well not be required. If you have a thin TV, Sound bass suggests trying with and without the spacers to find your preferred option.

Adding Fixings To Sanos® Arc™

Secure the sound bar tightly with the two screws provided

Prepare Your TV (if mounted)

If your TV is already mounted:
&. IMPORTANT: Follow your TV mount’s manual for instructions on how to safely remove your TV and TV bracket. Remove any cables attached to your TV.
Remove your TV/ bracket assembly from your wall plate, arm assembly, or pillar.
HEAVY: You WILL need assistance with this step!
Remove the TV bracket(s) and hardware from your TV.

Install Sanos® Arc™ Attachment with Your TV Mount

• Determine which screw diameter fits your monitor or TV M4, MS, M6, or M8.
• For TVs with a flat unobstructed back follow step 6.1
• For TVs with a rounded / irregular obstructed back, follow step 6.2
• If you need extra space to accommodate cables, recesses or protrusions, follow 6.2 Standard configurations shown. For special applications, contact Customer Service.

CAUTION
Ensure adequate thread engagement with your screw/washer/spacer combination AND all brackets.

IMPORTANT: To offset the shift in height of your TV bracket, due to the soundbar brackets 02 ), you MUST use washers, 21 in the top hole locations.

Fixing Sonos®ArcTM Attachment to TV

Prepare the Soundbass® TV Attachment

Loosely fix the ARMS 02 of the So nos® Arc TM Attachment together with the bracket 01

Attaching to the TV
Install your TV mount’s interface bracket with the Sonos® Arc™ Attachment assembly using mount spacers 21 on the TV’s top two holes (If required).

Soundbar mount ARMS 02 and mount spacers 21 fit BETWEEN your TV and TV mounting bracket.

NOTE: Extra screws and washers are provided, If required for a better fit I.e. your TV screws are too short or too long.

WARNING: You must use the larger washers 08 & 09 (unless they do not fit with your TV mount)

Fixing Sonos®ArcTM Attachment to TV

Prepare the Soundbass® TV Attachment

Loosely fix the ARMS 02 of the So nos Arc Attachment together with the bracket 01

Attaching to the TV
Install your TV mount’s interface bracket with the Sonos® Arc™ Attachment assembly using mount spacers 21 on the TV’s top two holes (If required).

NOTE: Soundbar mount ARMS o2 and mount spacers 21 BETWEEN your TV and TV mounting bracket.

NOTE: Extra screws and washers are provided, If required for a better fit I.e. your TV screws are too short or too long.

WARNING: You must use the larger washers 08 & 09  (unless they do not fit with your TV mount)

Re-Hanging Your TV

HEAVY: You will need assistance with this step!

Once your Sonos® Arc™ Attachment is in the desired position tighten ALL the screws and nuts to fix the mount in position Follow your TV wall mount installation manual to hang your TV assembly, ensuring that the mount is spaced correctly and level. Attach the Sonos® Arc™ using the 2 x inserts provided 03
