Product Information

The Electric Sit-Stand Desk is a versatile and adjustable desk that allows users to easily switch between sitting and standing positions. It comes with various components and accessories for easy installation and usage.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Align the holes of the Left Leg (2) and Drive Rod (4). Use Wrench (M-G) to secure both with Screw (M-A).
  2. Insert Drive Rod (4) into the hole of Right Leg (3). If it cannot be inserted, tilt Right Leg (3) slightly until they’re matched.
  3. Install Beam (1) to the Legs (2&3) with Screws (M-B)*6 using Wrench (M-H).
  4. Install Leg Base (6)2 to the Legs (2&3) respectively with Screws (M-C)8 using Wrench (M-H).
  5. Install Side Plate (5)2 on each side of the Legs (2&3) with Screws (M-B)4 using Wrench (M-H).
  6. Fix Boards (7a&7b) with Wooden Pin (18)4. Install Desk Connection Plate (16)4 to the middle of the Boards and Desk Connection Hook (8)2 to both sides of the Boards using Screwdriver and Screws (M-D)12.
  7. Fix Silicone Sheet (20)*10 to the corresponding hole position on the Boards (7a&7b).
  8. Secure the Leg part to the Boards (7a&7b) with Screws (M-E)10 using a screwdriver. Align the Silicone Sheet (20)10.
  9. Connect the motor at the Left Leg (2), Hand Controller (13), and Power Supply (12) in turn.
  10. Install Hand Controller (13) to the Board (7a) with Screws (M-D)*2 using a screwdriver.
  11. Fold the Wire Plate (14) and install it to the Board (7b) with Screws (M-D)*2 using a screwdriver.
  12. Put Power Supply (12) into the Wire Plate (14). Secure the connecting cable with Cable Clip (19)*2 and glue it to the bottom of the Board.
  13. Insert Cable Hole Cover (17) into the hole in the Board (7b).
  14. Install Rectangular Board (9) to the Board (7b) with Wooden Pin (18)*3.
  15. Install Small Square Board (10)4 to the Board (7b) with Wooden Pin (18)4.
  16. Secure the installed square boards (9&10) completely with Screws (M-F)*12 using a screwdriver.
  17. Fix Board Screws (22)*8 to the Board (11) using a screwdriver.
  18. Attach Board (11) to the square boards (9&10) with Wooden Pin (18)*11.
  19. Fix Hidden Screws (21)*8 to the square boards (9&10) using a screwdriver.
  20. Put in Drawer (15)*2.

Product Usage Instructions

  • Raise the Desk: Press the v button on the Hand Controller (13) to raise the desk continuously until it reaches the highest position or the button is released.
  • Lower the Desk: Press the v button on the Hand Controller (13) to lower the desk continuously until it reaches the lowest position or the button is released.

ELECTRIC SIT-STAND DESK

TOOLS REQUIRED

Screwdriver is required during the installation please prepare it in advance.

Installation

  1. Align the holes of Left Leg (2) and Drive Rod (4), using Wrench (M-G) to secure both with Screw (M-A).
  2. Insert Drive Rod (4) into the hole of Right Leg (3). If it cannot be inserted tilt Right Leg (3) slightly until they’re matched.
  3. As shown, use Wrench (M-H) , install Beam (1) to the Legs (2&3) with Screws (M-B)*6.
  4. Using Wrench (M-H) , install Leg Base (6)2 to the Legs (2&3) respectively with Screws (M-C)8.
  5. Using Wrench (M-H), install Side Plate (5)2 on each side of the Legs (2&3) with Screws (M-B)4.
  6. Fix Boards (7a&7b) with Wooden Pin (18)4. Use screwdriver, with Screws (M-D)12, install Desk Connection Plate (16)4 to the middle of the Boards and Desk Connection Hook (8)2 to both sides of the Boards.
  7. Fix Silicone Sheet (20)*10 to the corresponding hole position on the Boards (7a&7b).
  8. Use screwdriver, secure the Leg part to the Boards (7a&7b) with Screws (M-E)10. Please align the Silicone Sheet (20)10.
  9. As shown, connect the motor at the Left Leg (2), Hand Controller (13) and Power Supply (12) in turn.
  10. Using screwdriver, install Hand Controller (13) to the Board (7a) with Screws (M-D)*2.
  11. As shown, fold the Wire Plate (14).
  12. Using screwdriver, install Wire Plate (14) to the Board (7b) with Screws (M-D)*2
  13. Put Power Supply (12) into the Wire Plate (14). Secure the connecting cable with Cable Clip (19)*2 and glue it to the bottom of the Board.
  14. Insert Cable Hole Cover (17) into the hole in the Board (7b).
  15. Install Rectangular Board (9) to the Board (7b) with Wooden Pin (18)*3.
  16. Install Small Square Board (10)4 to the Board (7b) with Wooden Pin (18)4.
  17. Using screwdriver, secure the installed square boards (9&10) completely with Screws (M-F)*12.
  18. Using screwdriver, fix Board Screws (22)*8 to the Board (11).
  19. Attach Board (11) to the square boards (9&10) with Wooden Pin (18)*11.
  20. Using screwdriver, fix Hidden Screws (21)*8 to the square boards (9&10).
  21. Put in Drawer (15)*2.

Using the Controller

  • Raise the Desk
    vPress the button to raise the desk continuously until it reaches the highest position or the button is released.

  • Lower the Desk
    vPress the button to lower the desk continuously until it reaches the lowest position or the button is released.

  • Select Height Setting 1
    1Press the button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.

  • Select Height Setting 2
    2Press the button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.

  • Select Height Setting 3
    3Press the button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.

  • Save Current Height Setting
    Short-press the button, and the screen will show ‘S-’ .Press the , , or1 2
    3 button to save the current height setting to that button. When you press
    1 2 3the , , or button, the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button. Any button-press will stop the desk.

Settings

  • Reset
    Press and hold the button until ‘rst’ is displayed. Continue holding until the desk goes down to its lowest level and comes back up slightly. Release the button, and reset is complete. If the button is released during the reset procedure, reset will stop. The desk won’t work until reset is done correctly.

  • Child Lock
    Press and hold the and buttons together for 5 seconds to turn child lock on. The screen will show ‘LOC’ and the buttons will be disabled. Turn child lock off the same way.

  • Settings Menu
    Press and hold the S button for 5 seconds to enter the settings menu. Short- press the S button to navigate through the menu. Short-press the or button to adjust the settings. Long-press the or button to quickly adjust the height settings. Press and hold the S button again to save the changes. ‘SUS’ will be displayed if saving is successful (or ‘FAL’ if saving fails). If there is no button-press for 10 seconds, the settings menu will be exited automatically.

  • Power-Saving Mode
    The screen will turn off if there is no button-press for a minute. Any button- press will turn the screen on again.

Protection Mode Error Codes

Standby Overvoltage Protection: Standby voltage too high.

| Overheating Protection: When the motor has been working continuously for too long, it will stop operating to prevent overheating. Wait for at least 18 minutes (until error code disappears) before making any further height adjustment.

| Power Supply Overvoltage Protection (during use): Input voltage too high. Error clears when power supply voltage returns to normal. If error code persists, please contact technical support.

Reset Warning: Continue to complete reset.

Short Circuit Protection: Power off, check the cable

connections, and power back on again. If error persists, please contact technical support.

  • E11
    • Overloading Protection: Max load exceeded. Error code will persist for 20 seconds (DO NOT operate). Take the things off the desk and confirm there is no mechanical damage before trying again.
  • E12
    • Motor Phase Error Protection: Power off, check the cable connection between the motor and the controller, and power back on again. Then follow the reset instructions. If error code persists, please contact technical support.
  • E13
    • Sensor Malfunction Warning: Motor sensor can’t be detected. Power off, check the cable connection between the motor and the controller, and power back on again. Then follow the reset instructions. If error code persists, please contact technical support.
  • E14
    • Anti-Collision System Warning: Impact detected. The desk will move 2″ (50mm) in the opposite direction and stop.
  • E16
    • Cable Disconnection Warning: Check motor and controller cable connections. Normal operation should return once all connectors are properly connected. If error code persists, please contact technical support.
  • E17
    • Mechanical Failure Warning: Check if there is any structural damage or motor fault.
