Product Information

The F32FR1K is a computer monitor that offers high resolution and a variety of input and output interfaces. It does not include built-in speakers.

Product Usage Instructions

A. MacOS

1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the desktop and select System Preferences.
2. In System Preferences, find Displays and click on it. (If you cannot find it, you can use the search box to locate it.)
3. Select the Resolution and Refresh Rate that you desire. Note that you should check if your graphics card supports a refresh rate of 240Hz and above. Additionally, only the HDMI 2.1 port can achieve a refresh rate of 240Hz; the HDMI 1.4 port can only reach 165Hz.

B. Windows

1. For Windows 10, right-click on the desktop and select Display Setting.
2. In Display Settings, find Display resolution and choose an option. It is usually best to stick with the one marked as “Recommended”.
3. For Refresh Rate Setting, right-click on the desktop and select Display Setting.
4. Click on Advanced display settings.
5. Click on Display Adapter Properties for Display 1.
6. In the Monitor tab, under Monitor Settings, adjust the Screen refresh rate to your preference. Click Confirm or Apply to complete the refresh rate setting. Note that you should check if your graphics card supports a refresh rate of 240Hz and above. Additionally, only the HDMI 2.0 port can achieve a refresh rate of240Hz; the HDMI 1.4 port can only reach 120Hz.

Important Safety Precautions

1.  Please read all the instructions carefully before using this product.

2. BE SURE TO unplug the power cord when cleaning the LCD. Do NOT clean it with liquid detergent or spraying detergent. You can wipe it with a soft wet cloth. If it is still not clean, please use special detergent for LCD.

3. DO NOT use accessories not authorized by the manufacturer. Otherwise, they may incur danger.

4. When disconnecting the power cord of the display or power adapter, always remember to hold the plug instead of pulling the wire to unplug the power cord.

5. Keep the display away from water sources such as bath tub, washbasin, sink, or washing machine. DO NOT place the display on a wet floor or near a swimming pool, or press the LCD surface with fingers or hard objects.

6. The grooves and openings on the back and bottom of the shell are for ventilation purposes and also for guaranteeing the reliability of the elements and preventing them from overheating; in
   order to prevent the vents from blocking; DO NOT place the display on the bed, sofa, carpet or other similar surfaces; DO NOT place the display near to or on heat radiator or heater; DO NOT put the display into embedded devices, unless it is provided with adequate ventilating equipment.

7. Only the type of power source indicated on the nameplate applies to this display. If you have any questions on the type of power source you use, please consult the dealer of the display o  local administration of power supply.

8.  Since there is high voltage or other risks when the shell is opened or moved, please DO NOT repair the display by yourself. Please request qualified maintenance staff to perform repairs.

9.  In one of the following cases, please unplug the display or the power adapter and ask qualified maintenance staff for help:

11. The display falls off or the shell is damaged.

12. The display is obviously abnormal.

13. Please place the display in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.

Installation and Connection

Installation instructions

• This machine should be installed adjacent to an easily pluggable AC power socket.
• For the sake of safety, we suggest that a suitable wall-mounted bracket or base be used.
• In order to prevent injury, this machine shall be placed on a stable and level surface or fixed on a firm wall.
• For wall-mounting, please ask a professional to do so. Improper installation may cause instability of this machine.
• DO NOT place this machine in places with mechanical vibration.
• DO NOT place this machine in places where insects are accessible.
• DO NOT install this machine directly opposite to the air-conditioner, otherwise its inner panel may be dewed and cause failure.
• DO NOT place this machine in places with a strong electromagnetic field, otherwise it may be interfered by the electromagnetic wave and get damaged.

Signal line connection
Connect the signal line to the output interface signal of DP/HDMI signals of the PC, and then connect the other end of the signal line to the corresponding signal input port of the display.
Audio output
This machine supports earphone and external speaker audio output.

Operation of Display

The OSD control buttons are shown in the figure. Models of the same product series are only different in button position and panel pattern, please refer to the practical model.

Power indicator light
When the display is working normally, the blue indicator light is on; when it is in the energy-
saving state, the indicator light blinks with red color; when the signals are sent again in the
energy-saving state, the machine will return to normal work; After the display is turned off, the
indicator light is off. As the display is still powered under the shutdown state, for the sake of
safety, the power cord should be unplugged when the display is not used.

Safety protection

When the video signals of the PC exceed the frequency range of the display, the horizontal  and field synchronizing signals will be shut down to protect the display. At this time, you have to set the PC output frequency to an acceptable range so as to make the display work normally.

Instruction of Base Installation

1. Base installation steps
2. Tilt the base support into the hole of the rear shell along the direction of the arrow, as shown in Figure 1;
3. Load the base support clockwise downward, as shown in Figure 2;
4. Insert the base into the support and attach two M4x16 screws, as shown in Figure 2 and 3;
5.  When the entire base needs to be removed, do the following steps
6. Unscrew the two M4x16 screws of the base and pull out the base along the arrow direction, as shown in Figure 1;
7. Push the slider near VESA cover of the base upward, as shown in Figure 2;
8. Rotate the whole base counterclockwise upward, as shown in Figure 2;
9. Tilt the base along the arrow direction and take it out, as shown in Figure 3;
