Stronics A90 PRO True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

Product Information

The A90 Pro is a pair of wireless earbuds that provide high-quality sound and convenient features. It offers easy connectivity with Bluetooth-enabled devices, a charging case for extended battery life, and touch controls for music playback and Siri activation.

Connection Problem

To connect the A90 Pro earbuds to your device:

  1. Open the charging case or take out both earbuds and wait for 10-15 seconds for them to connect with each other.
  2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and find “A90 Pro” in the list of available devices.
  3. Select “A90 Pro” to initiate the connection. You will hear a connected voice reminder, and the indicator lights on both earbuds will turn off.

If you encounter issues connecting the A90 Pro to a new device or facing other connection problems:

  • Method one: Put both earbuds back into the case and close the cover for 5 seconds. Then take them out and try connecting again.
  • Method two:
    1. Delete “A90 Pro” from your phone’s Bluetooth list if it is already listed.
    2. Put both earbuds back into the case and close the cover for 5 seconds.
    3. Take out the earbuds and put them on your ears. Quickly tap both earbuds five times. You will hear a power-off voice reminder, indicating a successful reset.
    4. Put the earbuds back into the case and close the cover for 5 seconds. Then take them out and try connecting again.
  • If the issue persists, try connecting the earbuds to another Bluetooth device to determine if the problem lies with the original device.

Charging Problem

If the earbuds cannot be charged after using them for a period of time:

  1. Ensure you are using a DC 5V 1A charging head and the provided charging cable.
  2. The charging box takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.
    It is recommended to limit the charging time to 2 hours to prevent battery loss.

If you encounter issues with the charging box not being charged:

  • Try replacing the charging cable to check if the cable is causing the failure to charge.

Sound Problem

If there is no sound from the earbuds after using them for a period of time:

  • Check if the earbuds can be charged normally. If not, please refer to the “Charging Problem” section above.

Others Problem

If one earphone does not work after a period of use:

  1. Check if the earbuds can be charged normally. If not, please refer to the “Charging Problem” section above.
  2. Check if the earbuds can be connected normally. If not, please refer to the “Connection Problem” section above.

If the earbuds are not responding to touch:

  1. When you successfully click the touch part of the earbuds, you should hear a corresponding response sound.
  2. Give the earbuds a moment to respond to the touch. Release your hand from the touch panel when you hear the successful prompt sound.

Music Control

  • Volume Down: Click on the left earbud (dasound).
  • Turn Up the Volume: Click on the right earbud (dasound).
  • Play/Pause: Click on either earbud twice quickly (da da sound).
  • Activate Siri: Triple-tap either earbud in quick succession (da da da sound).
  • Previous Song: Hold the left earbud for 2 seconds (da, beep after 2 seconds).
  • Next Song: Hold the right earbud for 2 seconds (da, beep after 2 seconds).

Connection Problem

How to connect A90 Pro earbuds?

  1. Just open charging case or take out 2 earbuds, wait 10-15 seconds for the earbuds connect each other.
  2. Open phone Bluetooth, find and connect “A90 Pro” on your Bluetooth list.
  3. You will hear “connected” voice reminder, then 2 earbuds indicator light will turn off.

Why can’t I connect A90 Pro to a new device?(earbuds can not detected by a new device)
Please check first if the earbuds can be charged or connected with the old device. Our earphones have a smart reconnect function, every time you open the cover, it will automatically reconnect to the last connected device. So you can check the following two cases:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth function of the last connected device.
  2. Cancel the Bluetooth record of the last connected device.
    Only by doing this, the earbuds will not connect back to the old device, and the new device can detect and connect to the earbuds.

What should I do if only one earbud can be connected?(Or other connection problems, needed to reset the earbuds)

Method one:
Put 2 earbud back to the case and close the cover for 5s, then take out and connect.

Method two:

  1. Delete “A90 Pro” earbuds on your phone Bluetooth list if it shows. Put earbuds back to the case and close the cover for 5s.
  2. Take out earbuds, put them on your ear. Quickly tap both earbuds five times. Then you will hear “Power off” voice reminder, this mean reset successfully.
  3. Put earbuds back to the case and close the cover for 5s, then take out and connect.
    Also, please try connecting the earbuds to another Bluetooth device to see if that device is causing the connection issue.

The earbuds keeps disconnecting, how to solve it?
The signal of the earphone is poor and often disconnected, which may be caused by three reasons:

  1. Signal interference: the Bluetooth signal will be interfered in the environment with too many wireless signals, resulting in unstable connection. Please change the usage environment, you can try to listing to music at home or take a walk outside, away from the environment without too much wireless signal for testing.
  2. Incompatibility with the device: some devices have an older version of Bluetooth or require a Bluetooth receiver to have the Bluetooth function. These devices may have certain incompatibility problems, resulting in poor signal and disconnection problems. You can replace a mainstream Bluetooth device and connect the earbuds to test to see if the device is the cause.

Charging Problem

What should I do if the earbuds cannot be charged after using for a period of time?

  1. When the earbuds are used for a period of time, dirt such as sweat or dust will adhere to the charging copper of the earphones, resulting in poor charging of the earphones.
  2. You can use a cotton swab dampened with alcohol or a special earphone cleaning pen to clean the metal parts of the earphone.
  3. After the cleaning is complete, put the earphones in a suitable position and close the cover of the charging box, and continue to try to charge the earphones.

How to solve the problem that the charging box cannot be charged?

  1. Please use a DC 5V 1A charging head that meets safety standards and the charging cable we provide for charging.
    It takes 1.5 hours for the charging box to be fully charged. We recommend that you limit the time to 2 hours.
    It is best not to charge for a long time, which will cause battery loss.

  2. If you find that the charging box cannot be charged, you can try to replace the charging cable first to check whether it is the charging cable that is causing the failure to charge.

Sound Problem

What to do if there is no sound from the earbuds after using a period?

  1. First, please confirm whether the earbuds can be charged normally. Then please click the right earbud once to see the volume status.
    After clicking on the right earbuds once, the phone will increase the volume synchronously.

  2. If the above can be used and operated normally, it means that the function of the earphone is normal.

If the earbuds still has no sound or the volume on both sides is inconsistent. It may be that after using it for a period of time, the speaker metal net of the earbuds are blocked by earwax or dust. At this time, it is necessary to clean the metal net mesh of the earbuds.

Others Problem

After a period of use, one earphone does not work:

  1. Please check whether the earbuds can be charged normally, if not, please check “Charging Problem”
  2. Please check whether the earbuds can be connected normally, if not, please check “connection problem”

Earbuds not responding to touch:

  1. When you successfully click the touch part of the earbuds, the earbuds will have a corresponding response sound.
  2. It takes a certain amount of time to respond to the touch of the earbuds, please pay attention to the sound of a successful touch, and release your hand from the touch panel when you hear the successful prompt.

Music Control:

  • Manually Power Off—–Hold earbuds for 8s (you will hear power off)
  • Manually Power On—–Hold earbuds for 5-8s (you will hear power On)

Call Control:

  • Answer call—–Tap once
  • Hang Up—–Hold earbuds for 2s .
  • Refuse Incoming Call—– Hold earbuds for 2s
