- Purchase a dog cone under the guidance of your veterinarian before the surgery and let your dog adjust to it.
- The doctor says it will take about two to three days for the dog to adjust to wearing one.
- When your dog is wearing it ,give them treats to create a positive association. And take your time.
- The dog cone is usually used for 7-14 days!
- Before you stop using a cone, check in with your veterinarian to comfirm it’s OK!

Q1. Can dog reach its tail?
A1:This is very difficult, because the dog’s body is very flexible and the tail is relatively long, the dog is easy to touch the tail, so you need a deeper size ： Neck Circumference: Use a soft tape measure to wrap it around the dog's neck tightly enough that you can't put your fingers inside.
