FAQ
What if the tire inflator cannot work?
1. Please check out the battery bars on the LCD screen and have it fully charged prior to use. 1. Contact Oasser after-sales service if you are not able to deal with the issue.
What if the inflator does not reach the target pressure after the
inflating?
1. Please check out the battery status as it’s possible that the battery is dim. Please be sure to fully charge the battery before use. 2. Figure out if there is any air leaking between the air hose and the tire valve. 3. If the unit goes too hot, please cool it down for 5 minutes before making it work again. 4. The standard pressure error is within ±2 psi.
1. Different gauges has different calibration standards so it’s not 100% right to compare one gauge to another. 2. Difference of ±2PSI is within the error range. 3. Please check if there is any air leaking between the tire valve and the air hose.
Is it normal that the inflator and the hose goes hot after inflating?
1. This is pretty normal. Please beware of the heat when taking the hose off the inflator.
Why is the inflator not suitable for large-sized swimming rings, air
mattresses and other large-sized inflatable toys?
1. Large sized swimming rings, air mattresses and large inflatable toys need low-pressure air (high-volume air) rather than high-pressure air. The inflator is meant for tires of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. and all kinds of balls. You may buy other inflators suitable for high volume inflating from our store.
Why does the battery fail to be fully charged?
1. This could happen if the inflator is frequently used. Due to tens of hundreds of recharging and discharging, there would be battery loss. For instance, the battery bars drop to 3 bars from 4 while the indicating light is green. This is a normal case and the battery could still work properly.
How to install the ball need
Do not completely insert the ball needle into the air tube chuck, so as to
prevent the needle exhaust hole from being completely blocked.
Please see the picture below for the correct operation:
Precautions for the use of cordless tire inflator
- It is recommended that the tire inflater should be cooled for 5-10 minutes after every 8 minutes of operation. Prevents excessive temperatures and gear wear due to prolonged operation of the tire inflator. And extend the service life of the cordless tire inflator.
- Not suitable for larger pneumatic tires, such as truck tires;
- Not suitable for inflatable air mattress, swimming rings, SUP board and other low-pressure blow inflatables
- This product is suitable for cars, motorcycles, bikes and balls, it can be used as a tire pressure gauge.
Precautions for battery maintenance
- The battery is consumable, please pay attention to the battery maintenance. It is highly suggested that the battery should be charged after each use of the air compressor.
- If the cordless air inflator is not used for more than 2 months, it is advised to charge it every 2 months and store it in a drying environment.
