Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
When using the product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of injury including the following:

• This product intended for spot cleaning of private cars when a foam is desired to increase surface contact. The product combines a high pressure water flow mixed with detergent and air to produce thick clinging foam.

• This product is not intended for commercial use. No liability will be accepted for damages resulting from improper use or non-compliance with these instructions.

• Always wear eye protection and protective gloves. Do not spray jet into eyes or other body parts.

• Do not direct the spray jet directly on equipment containing electrical components.

• Spray in well ventilated, open area.

• Do not exceed maximum pressure of 2900 PSI (200 bar).

• Read the user manual of the pressure washer gun (not provided) before use.

• Read the use directions of the cleaning detergent used.
  NOTICE   Due to the large number of chemicals that could be used (and their different chemical reactions), determine the compatibility of the materials used and any of the potential hazards involved.

• Do not let children play with the product.

• Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.

• Regularly examine the product for wear and tear. Stop using the product at first sign of damage or if parts become detached.

Before First Use

• Check the product for transport damages.
• Remove all the packing materials.

DANGER Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children — these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.

Operation

Preparation

• Assemble the product.

• Fill spray bottle (C) with detergent.

• Connect the product to a suitable pressure washer gun with a maximum pressure of 2900 PSI (200 bar). Use fresh and clear water only.
  Washing vehicle step

• Spray the vehicle body with water first, then spray with foam.

• Wipe the vehicle body with sponge.

• Rinse the vehicle body throughly with water and wipe with dry cloth.
  Using the product

• Turn the knob on the mixing head (A), to increase or decrease the amount of detergent drawn into the water flow (+ / -).

Adjusting the spray pattern
Rotate the nozzle up to 90° to change the spray pattern.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning

• Pour unused detergent to an original container.
• Flush the spray bottle and mixing head with clear water for 1 minute before storage to avoid clogging.
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.

Unclogging the product

If the product does not work as well as before, cleaning the blocks inside may restore its efficiency.

• Take off the bottle cap fastener and the threaded bottle cap. Use pliers for more grip if necessary.
• Use a narrow screwdriver or a stick, push out the inner core and take off the plastic cover.
• Take off the quick connector. Then take off the orifice nozzle using a screwdriver.
• Loosen the nut under the foam volume control knob to take it off.
• Rinse the parts in water and push a stick through all the holes to unclog them.
• Dry all the parts and then reassemble the reverse way like before.

Replacing the foam maker
If the product still does not work properly after unclogging, replacing the foam maker may help with the problem.
CAUTION Risk of injury! The blades on the adjustable nozzle are sharp. Wear gloves when working with the product.

• Use a narrow screwdriver or a stick, push out the inner core and take off the plastic cover.
• Clamp the main unit to a mace. Then using pliers or a wrench, take off the adjustable nozzle.
• Poke a stick down the adjustable nozzle to push out the foam maker.
• Place anew foam maker into the adjustable nozzle and then reattach the adjustable nozzle to the main unit.

Replacing the orifice nozzle

If the product still does not work properly after unclogging, replacing the orifice nozzle may help with the problem.

• Take off the quick connector. Then take off the orifice nozzle using a screwdriver.
• Screw in the new orifice nozzle then reattach the quick connector again.

Storage

• Store ina cool and dry place away from children and pets, ideally in original packaging.
• Store the spray bottle upright to prevent leakage of the detergent out of the air vent hole.
