Connecting

INSTALLATION – WITH A CABLE
Connect the supplied USB cable between your Type and the computer. Now you’re ready!
INSTALLATION – WIRELESS USE Move the switch under your Type to ON. Then press the CONNECT button under your Type.
The LED will now start flashing blue. Open your computers Bluetooth menu and connect to the unit named MT TYPE. Now you’re ready!
To charge the unit, if needed, connect the cable to your computer or power source when the LED is flashing RED.

Basic tips

Place Type in front of your Mousetrapper. The space bar on Type should be directly in front of the control pad, as shown in figure 1.
CHARGED BY SOLAR CELLS
Type has a built-in battery that charges by the three solar cells on the front. The solar cells are not only charged by the sunlight, the light from lamps and other light sources in your surroundings is enough to charge the battery.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
Type is with its light weigth and ultra-slim design a perfect office companion. It also features pegs in two different levels so that you can adjust the height according to your needs.
Both in the front and in the back.

Customising

MT KEYS
The buttons functions can easily be changed with our program MT Keys. To use MT Keys, go to mousetrapper.com/software and edit the buttons directly in the web browser. There you can read more about MT Keys, its possibilities and also download the program to your computer if you like.

NOTE: In order to use MT Keys, the cable must be connected.
Once you have started MT Keys you can configurate it to your needs. Use the pulldown menus to the left to change the buttons function. There are a wide range of possible functions to choose from. Choose between  functions such as lock the computer, switch window, creating shortcuts, and much more.
