Installation
- Insert the handle bars (A) into the base bars (B)and secure them using one bolt (C) and one cap nut (D).
- Attach the foot plates (F) to the base bars (as shown above).
- Secure them using 4 screws (E) for each plate.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- After the assembly and before using the product, always make sure that all bolts/ nuts are fully and correctly tightened.
- Clean the unit regularly with a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
