Instructions for Use

  1. Power Switch
    1.1 Operating Instructions
    Long press the power switch button< > for 3s to turn on or off the transmitter. Take out the transmitter from the charging case, it will boot up automatically, while put it into the charging case, it will be turned off.
    Insert the receiver into Android smartphones via USB-C plug, it will boot up automatically, while take it out, it will be turned off.
    1.2 Indicator Instructions

  2. Pairing
    2.1 Operating Instructions
    Long press the pairing/denoise button< > / DNR >of transmitter for 2s, short press the pairing button< >of receiver to pair them. They will exit pairing status once paired, while exit after 10s if unpaired.
    2.2 Indicator Instructons

    3.1 Operating Instructions
    Short press the pairing/denoise button<  / DNR >of transmitter to turn on or off the denoise function.

  4. Charging
    4.1 Charging through USB-A to USB-C Cable

    The transmitter can be charged after connecting to power source through USB-A to USB-C cable, while the receiver supports to use and charge the smartphone through USB-A to USB-C cable at the same time. Indicator Status| Meaning

    TX1 indicator of receiver is constant on red, TX2 indicator of receiver displays normally| Battery level of transmitter TX2 is normal, while battery level of  transmitter TX1 is below 10%
    TX1 indicator of receiver displays normally, TX2 indicator of receiver is constant on red| Battery level of transmitter TX1 is normal, while battery level of  transmitter TX2 is below 10%
    Both indicators of receiver are constant on red| Battery levels of transmitter TX1 and TX2 are below 10%

4.2 Charging through Charging Cable
Put the devices into the charging case and open the lid: The case will first detect whether the transmitters are correctly inserted into the corresponding slots, the corresponding indicators in the case will light up if the pins inside touched the charging points of the  transmitters. Then it will detect whether the transmitters are fully charged, if not, it will start charging until the transmitters are fully charged. The indicators and number display will light up at the same time if the charging case lid is open, and turn off after  the devices are fully charged in 5s.
Put the devices into the charging case and close the lid: The transmitters will shut down and be charged until they are fully charged. The number display will be off in Imin after closing the lid.
Charging the case itself: The number display will increase gradually from 0 to 100, and remain 100 after the charging case is fully charged.

Instructions for Installation

Clip the transmitter to the collar with it’s back clip.

Insert the receiver into Android smartphones via USB-C plug, then it’s ready to use. Or connect the receiver to power source with USB-A to USB-C cable and insert into Android smartphones, then it can charge the smartphone and be used at the same time.

Maintenance

Avoid falling. Strong collision or vibration may malfunction the device.
Keep dry. This product is not water-proof. Malfunction, rust, and corrosion may occur and go beyond repair if soaked in water or exposed to high humidity.

Avoid sudden temperature changes. Condensation happens in sudden temperature changes such as the circumstance when taking the product out of a building with higher temperature to outside in winter. Please put the product in a handbag or plastic bag  beforehand.
Keep away from strong magnetic field. The strong static or magnetic field produced by devices such as radio transmitters leads to malfunction.

Warranty Period
The warranty period of products and accessories isimplemented according to the relevant Product Maintenance Information. The warranty period is calculated from the day(purchase date) when the product is bought for the first time,and the purchase date is  considered as the date registered onthe warranty card when buying the product.

How to Get the Maintenance Service
If maintenance service is needed, you can directly contact the product distributor or authorized service institutions. You can also contact the Godox after-sale service call and we will offer you service. When applying for maintenance service, you should provide  valid warranty card. If you cannot provide valid warranty card, we may offer you maintenance service once confirmed that the product or accessory is involved in the maintenance scope, but that shall not be considered as our obligation.

Inapplicable Case
The guarantee and service offered by this document are not applicable in the following cases:

  1. The product or accessory has expired its warranty period;
  2. Breakage or damage caused by inappropriate usage, maintenance or preservation, such as improper packing, improper usage, improper plugging in/out external equipment, falling off or squeezing by external force, contacting or exposing to the improper  temperature, solvent, acid, base, flooding and damp environments, etc;
  3. Breakage or damage caused by non-authorized institution or staff in the process of installation, maintenance, alternation, addition and detachment;

  5. No valid warranty card;

Once met these situations above, you should seek solutions from the related responsible parties and Godox assumes no responsibility. The damage caused by parts, accessories and  software that beyond the warranty period or scope is not included in our maintenance scope. The normal discoloration, abrasion and consumption are not the breakage within the maintenance scope.
