WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
With the latest wireless technology, you can enjoy hassle free music without any interruption and you don’t have to face wire tangling issues,
Wireless connection allows you to enjoy your music experience or calls without holding your mobile phone but the maximum distance between them shall be within 10 meters (about 30 feet). The wireless connection may be interfered by obstacles (such as walls) or other electronic devices.

FUNCTION KEY DESCRIPTION

Overview

OPERATING GUIDE
In below instruction, MF button refers to the multifunction button (Please refer to FUNCTION KEY DESCRIPTION).

  • Power on & Pairing: Long press on the MF button for 3 seconds
  • Power Off: Long press on the MF button for 5 seconds
  • Pause/Play: Single tap on the MF button
  • Volume up/down: Single tap on the +/- button
  • Previous/Next song: Long press the -/+ button for 2 seconds
  • Answer phone call: Single tap once on the MF button
  • End phone call: Single tap on the MF button
  • Reject phone call: Long press on the MF button for 2 seconds
  • Redial the last phone number: Double click on the MF button

CONNECT YOUR DEVICE

  1. Place your earphones within 1 meter from your phone.
  2. Long press on the MF button until the red and blue lights flash alternatively, which indicates the device is in pairing mode now.
  3. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, and search for “AL-03” under pair new device list, and select “AL-03” on the next screen, tap on connect button.

If the blue light flashes up, congratulations! Your device is successfully connected now.

CHARGE YOUR DEVICE

  1.  Use the USB Type-C charging port to charge your earphones. It will take around 1.5 hours to get fully charged.
  2. Please use DC-5V 500mA charger to charge your device.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the maximum voltage supported cannot exceed DC-5V.

LED LIGHT INDICATION
Low power: Red light flashes every 5 seconds with a voice alert “battery low”.
Under charging: LED indication shows red light. Full charged: LED indication turns blue.

FAQ
Why the device is not displayed on my phone?
It might be because the earphones are powered off or the wireless connection function of your mobile phone encounters some issues.

  1. After you power off your earphones, long press on the MF button until the red and blue lights flash alternatively to activate the earphones pairing status.
  2. Reboot your phone, and connect again.

NOTE
When the earphones are under pairing status, the wireless connection pairing with your mobile phone should be done within 2 minutes, otherwise your earphones will automatically power off.

Why the earphones cannot be linked with my mobile phone using the wireless connection function?
It might be because the wireless connection function on your device is not turned on or your earphones are connected to another device or the earphones are still in pairing mode.

  1. Please check if the wireless connection function on your device is turned on.
  2. Please check and confirm your earphones are not connected to another device.
  3. Please check if your earphones are in pairing mode (which will be indicated by red & blue Led indication on your device).

Why can’t I hear any sound from my earphones?
It might be because the earphones’ volume is down to minimum; the earphones are not well connected with your phone; or your earphones are not within the wireless connection working range.

  1. Adjust volume on your phone; or press on the “+” button to turn the volume up
  2. Proceed to connection process again.
  3. Keep your earphones within 10 meters from your mobile phone to respect the wireless connection working range.

NOTE

When your earphones and mobile phone are in pairing connection process, please do not do any other operations with those devices.

When charging, why does the red light not lightning up?
It might be because the earphones are not connected to a working charging power source.

  1. Please check the power charging port works properly.
  2. Please check the charging port of the earphones is properly connected.
  3. Please check the power supply is properly connected to the charging port of the earphones.

When charging, why does the red light not lightning up?
It might be because you did not use your earphones for a long time. Charge your earphones for 30 minutes until the red light is on.

NOTE
Overcharging or placing the earphones under high temperature atmosphere will cut down the battery capacity and lifetime.

Why the earphones call quality is not good?
It might be because the mobile network is not good enough or the earphones are not in the wireless connection working range.

  1. Confirm whether the mobile network in strong enough.
  2. Please confirm that the earphones are within the effective working distance of 10 meters from your mobile phone, also check if no major obstacle is causing interference to the connection.

When the music is playing, why the music cannot be controlled with the play/pause, previous/next song and volume up/down buttons?
It might be because the mobile phone doesn’t support the AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) protocol. This feature requires the mobile device to be paired with the earphones to support the AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) protocol.
