metabo RF 60 Compressed Air Tyre Inflation

metabo-RF-60-Compressed-Air-Tyre-Inflation-PRODUCT

Product Information

The product is a tyre inflation measuring device designed to measure tyre air pressure and inflate tyres. It operates withoil-free compressed air or nitrogen and requires an upstream filter if oily air is used. The device has a pressure gauge with different measuring units (BAR, PSI, KG/CMQ, Kpa) and can be switched on/off using the ON button. It is powered by two lithium batteries (1.5V, type AAA), which can be replaced when needed. The device is calibrated before delivery and requires recalibration after the specified test period. The validity of calibration is 2 years.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the tyre inflation measuring device to the compressed air supply using the screw connection or coupling.
  2. To measure tyre pressure and inflate tyres:
    • Press the connector (4) firmly onto the tyre valve and secure it with the locking lever (3).
    • Hold on to the hose.
    • Read off the tyre pressure from the scale.
    • To inflate, pull the lever (2) up fully.
    • To release/reduce pressure, pull the lever (2) only as far as the 1st stop (middle position).
  3. To release/reduce pressure using the pushbutton (1):
    • Read off the tyre pressure from the scale.
    • Pull the lever (2) to inflate.
    • To release/reduce pressure, press the pushbutton (1).
  4. To switch on/off the pressure gauge:
    • Press the ON button to switch on the pressure gauge.
    • Press the ON button once again until the desired measuring unit is displayed (BAR, PSI, KG/CMQ, Kpa).
    • After approximately 15 seconds, the pressure gauge switches off automatically.
    • To inflate, pull the lever (2) up fully.
    • To release/reduce pressure, pull the lever (2) only as far as the 1st stop (middle position).
  5. To change batteries:
    • Remove the screw with a small screwdriver.
    • Remove the old batteries and replace them with two new lithium batteries (1.5V, type AAA), ensuring correct polarity.
  6. Maintenance and care:
    • Take care when using the pressure gauge and avoid bumps and knocks to keep it in good condition.
  7. Environmental protection:
    • Dispose of the product and packaging materials according to national regulations on environmentally compatible disposal and recycling of pneumatic tools.
