Product Information
The 3 Rivers STR TV is a streaming device that allows you to access live TV, video on demand, and view TV shows. It requires a stable internet connection and a TV with an HDMI port. The device comes with a Fire TV stick and requires the installation of specific apps for accessing content.

credits are not offered for these services. However, there is a refer a friend
program where you can earn a one-time $5 credit on your account by referring
someone to the service.
Product Usage Instructions
TV Set Up Walk Through
- Start by going to the settings app on your Fire TV stick.
- Scroll and select “My Fire TV” then select “Developer Options”.
- Make sure both “ADB debugging” and “Apps from Unknown Sources” are turned on.
- Press the home button on the Firestick remote.
- Go to the find selection and scroll down and select “search”.
- Type in “downloader” and scroll down to select the “downloader app”.
- Download and open the downloader app.
- Select the URL link and type in the provided link. Then click the “Go” button.
- The file will start downloading the new app.
- Once the download is completed, select the “install” button.
- After installation, select the “OPEN” button.
- Log in with your TV username and password provided in your email.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Refresh DNS server:
- Logout of your STRTV.
- Once logged out, refresh the DNS server.
- Restart the Firestick:
- Press the home button on the Firestick remote.
- Go to the right and select “settings”.
- Select “My Fire TV”, then scroll and select “Restart”.
- Clear cache:
- Press the home button on the Firestick remote.
- Go to the right and select “settings”.
- Select “applications”, then scroll down and select “Manage Installed Applications”.
- Scroll until you see “STR TV” and select the application.
- Scroll and select “Clear cache”.

- Congratulations on getting 3 Rivers STR TV.
- Start by going to the settings app on your Fire TV stick.
- Then scroll and select “My Fire TV”
- Select “Developer Options”
- Make sure both “ADB debugging” and “Apps from Unknown Sources” are turned on.
- Then press the home button on the Firestick remote.
- Go to the “find” selection and scroll down and select “search”.
- Type in “downloader” and once typed in scroll down and select “downloader app”
- Download the downloader app.
- Once the app is downloaded, click open. You will see this screen. Select the URL link. A pop screen will appear with a keyboard for your to type in the link the below. After you type in the link, select the “Go” button.
- The file then starts to download the new app.
- Once the file has downloaded select the “install” button.
- Once installed, select the “OPEN” button.
- After that is completed. You can now login your TV Username and Password that was provided in your email. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
Troubleshooting Steps
Here are different steps to try:

Refresh DNS server.
Logout of your STRTV. -
Once you are logout, refresh the DNS server.

Restart the firestick

Press the “home” button on the firestick

One you are at the home screen of the firestick. Go to the right and select settings.

Then scroll down to ‘My Fire TV”

Then scroll and select “Restart” and your firestick will reboot.

The last thing you can try is clearing the cache.

Press the “home” button on the firestick

One you are at the home screen of the firestick. Go to the right and select settings.

Then scroll and select applications.

Then scroll all the way down to “Manage Installed Applications.”

Then all the list of your applications that is installed on the firestick will appear. Scroll until you see the following “STR TV” and select application.

Then scroll and select “Clear cache”
