I. Controls and Functions

1. Controls:

  1. POWER
  2. LCD: Display CD status including track number and playing time.
  3. REP/ID3: Press to play single or all tracks repeatedly. Press and hold to show ID3 tracks.
  4.  STOP/EJECT ■ / Press once to stop playing and again to reject the CD.
  5. SKIP: PREV. |◄◄ backward to the previous track. NEXT ►►| forward to the next track.
  6. LEVEL: Volume level
  7. FOLDER ◀◀ backward to the previous folder/ ▶▶ forward to the next folder
  8. PLAY/PAUSE ► II : Play and Pause
  9. MODE: Audio sources selection
  10. Disk loading slot
  11. USB Port (type A): Accepts USB mass-storage device
  12. Remote sensor: Aim the remote control towards this section to enable remote operation.

3. Operational Instructions:

  • (A) Press the “Power” button once to power it on (LCD on). Press again to power it off (LCD off).
  • (B) Press the “STOP/EJECT” button once to stop playing and the LCD shows number of total tracks. Press one more time to reject the CD. Press again to accept the CD.
  • (C) Press the “PREV.” button once for the previous track. Press & hold to fast backward.
  • (D) Press the “NEXT” button once for the next track. Press & hold to fast forward.
  • (E) Press the “PLAY/PAUSE” button during playing to pause the music and again to resume playing.
  • (F) Insert a disc into the disc slot with the playback side down, the LCD displays the total playing time and playback starts automatically.
  • (G) Mode selection: CD➔USB➔BT options. (If CD or USB is not used, BT (Bluetooth) is the only option)
  • (H) Bluetooth Instructions: Press the “Mode” button until the screen shows “BLUE”. Activate the Bluetooth functions on the smartphones to search for the device ID named “BLUE”. Click on the device ID. Enter “0000” when you’re prompted to
    enter a PIN number to pair with the music player. Once paired and the connection is made successfully, the player is ready to play music. The effective range is up to 5 meters (15 feet) line-of-sight during typical connection and music playing.
    Bluetooth functions can be controlled by using the remote control by pressing the “PLAY/PAUSE”, “PREV.” & “NEXT” buttons.

2. Battery Installation of the Remote Control:
(A) Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the remote control. Press and hold the tenon and then slide out the battery tray.
(B) Insert the new battery in, ensuring the battery’s positive (+) side is facing up.
(C) Slide the battery tray back into the remote control until it clicks.
(D) Note: Aim the remote control towards the remote sensor on the device to enable remote operation. The effective transmission range is 3-5 meters. Use only a CR2025 3V lithium battery.

III. Playing Audio Disc

  1. This player can play MP3, WMA, CD, CD-R, CD-RW disks, and USB readers.

  2. Insert a disc into the disc slot and playback starts automatically.

  3. Press “PREV.”, “NEXT” buttons on the front display panel or | ◄◄►► | the remote control for desired previous or next track.

  4. Press the “PLAY/PAUSE” button or ▶ on the remote control to begin to play or pause the track.

  5. Press the “STOP” button on the front display panel or ■ on the remote control to stop the playing track.

  6. Press EJECT on the front display panel or on the remote control to reject the CD; press one more time and the CD will be taken into the slot.

  7. Button ◄◄ and ►► on the remote control to fast forward or backward the playing track.

  8. To select various folders having MP3 files, press (FOLDER) on the remote control to choose the desired folder. Then press the number buttons to select the playing track within the desired folder.

  9. Two options for the order of playing music:
    (A) Format US8 before playback. The format standard is FAT.
    (B) Copy the desired songs into the US8 storage unit one by one until all the desired songs are copied. In this way, the play sequence will be based on the order of music being programmed into the US8 storage unit.
    (C) If the desired songs will be divided into different folders, please number the songs when copying them into folders then copy the said folders into the US8 storage unit. Please note the songs must be numbered by the same digit like 00, 01, 02 or
    000, 001, 002 or 0000, 0001, 0002 … and so on.

  10. USB device:
    (A) Insert a US8 device.
    (B) Press the “MODE” button and the LCD displays “CD” or “US8”. Under US8 mode, press PLAY/PAUSE on the front display panel or ▶ on the remote control to play the track.
    (C) Other instructions refer to “Playing Audio Disk” and “Remote Control”.

  11. Note:
    (A) When inserting the disk into a CD player or taking out the disk, it is necessary to let the CD player taken the disk in and eject the disk out automatically.
    (B) It is prohibited to push in or take out the disk from the CD player by force as it will cause severe damage to the mechanism and shut down the system.

  12. Refer to the actual product in the event of product description discrepancy.

V. Notes

  1. Do read this user guide before use.
  2. Do not hit the player.
  3. Do not contact with chemicals such as benzene, thinners, etc.
  4. Do not place this player near strong magnetic fields and electric fields.
  5. Avoid direct sunlight or any appliance that produces heat.
  6. Do not disassemble, repair or modify this player.
  7. Do not listen at a high volume to avoid adverse effects on hearing.
  8. Discarded packaging, batteries, and old electronic products should be sorted and disposed of properly.
