Phillips head screwdriver required for assembling not include

Step 1

Base frame installation

1. Use ei ght pes(A) cam locks, eight pcs (B) rods to connect 9)left side panel, 10right side panel and Dback side panel, 12front side panel.

Step 2

Zipper installation:

1. Use 12pes (C) 4*25 self-tapping screws to install Or42 long zipper, 8830 long zipper.
2. Filp the base frame paste 14 pcs (D) rubber pads on the edge.

Step 3

Back cube panel and back baffle instal lation

1. Use one pcs (A) cam locks, one pcs (B) rods to connectOback cube panel| and back baffle.

STEP 4

Left sofa back pane instal lati on Hole map indication Back panel and back cube panel installat ion:

1. Use four pes (E)8mm gaskets, four pes (F) 8*70 big flat screws, four pcs (I) 8mm hammer nuts, two pcs (A) cam locks, two pcs (B) rods to connect O(L)back cube panel, (R) back cube panel, Oback baffle, back panel.

STEP 5

Base frame and back panel installation:

1. Use seven pcs (A) cam locks, seven pcs (B) rods to connect base frame and back panel.

STEP 6

Backplane installation

1. Use four pes (E) 8mm gaskets, four pcs (G) 8*50 big flat screws, four pcs (H) 8mm hammer nuts to install the backplane.

STEP 7

Put in 13bottom panel.

STEP 8

Pneumatic rod installation:

1. Use six pcs (I) 6mm gaskets, six pcs (J) 6*16 big flat screws to instal1 (N) left pneumatic rod and (0) ri ght pneumatic rod.
   Pneumatic rod installation:

2. Instal l (P) pneumatic rod with the removed nut.

Note:The nut is divided in to front and back.

STEP 9

(Front)
Left sofa front panel install lat ion hole map indication Pay attention to the front and back when installing.

(Back)
Front panel installation:

1. Use four pcs (1)mm gaskets, four pcs ) 6*16 big flat Screws to install front panel.

STEP 10

1. Use four pes (K) rubber cover (20) to cover he hole of back cube panel.
2. Use four pes (L) rubber cover (10) to cover the hole of back panel.
3. Use four pes (M) rubber edge protector to stick four corners of the sofa.

STEP 1

Base frame installation:

1. Use 12 pcs (A) cam locks, 12 pes (B) rods to connect left side panel, 1Oright side panel and 1Dback side panel, 12front side panel.

STEP 2

Zipper installation:

1. Use 24pcs (C) 4*25 self-tapping
2. Flip the base frame, stick 16 pes (D) rubber pads on the edge. screws to install10744 long zipper and®716 1long zipper.

STEP 3

Back panel and back cube panel instllation

1. Use six pes (E) 8mm gaskets, six pes (F)8*70 big flat screws, six pes (H) hammer nuts to connect OL) back cube panel, (R) back cube panel, Omiddle back cube panel and 13back panel.
2. Install ten pcs (B) rods as picture shown.

STEP 4

Base frame and back panel installation:

1. Use ten pcs (A) cam locks, ten pcs (B) rods to connect base frame and 13back panel.|

STEP 5

Back panel installation

1. Use six pcs (E) 8mm gaskets, four pcs(G) 850 big flat screws, four pcs (H) 8mm hammer nuts and two pcs (D830 big flat screws to instalI6back panel.

STEP 6

Back baffle installation

1. Use four pes (J) 6mm gaskets, and four pcs (K) 6*25 big flat screws to install left back baffle and right back baffle.
2. Put in 15bottom panel,

STEP 7

Pneumatic rod installation

1. Use nice pcs (J) Gmm gaskets, nice pcs (L) 6*16 big flat screws to install (P)left pneumatic rod, (Q) right pneumatic rod.

STEP 8

Left sofa front pane installation Hole map indication Pay attention to the front and back when installing

Front panel installation

1. Use six pcs (J) 6mm gaskets, six pcs () 6*16 big flat screws to install 14 front panels. Pneumatic is rod installation:
2. Install (R) pneumatic rod with the removed nut.

Note: The nut is divided into front and back.

STEP 9

1. Use six pcs (N) rubber cover (20) to cover the hole of back cube panel.
2. Use six pcs (M) rubber cover(10) to cover the hole of back panel.
3. Use four pcs (0) rubber edge protectors to stick four corners of sofa.

STEP 10
