Product Usage Instructions

Installation for Sandwich Panel Roof

1. Mark the roof according to the cut out size of the skylight.
2. Clean the surface thoroughly with an appropriate cleaning agent.
3. Apply a generous amount of appropriate adhesive around the edge of the skylight as shown in the diagram.
4. Place the skylight into position in the cut-out, ensuring that the hinges face the front of the caravan/RV.
5. Insert the provided brackets into the skylight slots and use the screws provided, depending on the thickness of your roof. Note: Do not overtighten to avoid bowing of the skylight.

Installation for Non-Sandwich Panel Roof

1. Assemble the skylight according to the position and size, leaving a 3 mm allowance (eg, for a window of 700 x 500 mm, cut it to 703 x 503 mm).
2. Clean the surface thoroughly with an appropriate cleaning agent.
3. Apply a generous amount of appropriate adhesive around the edge of the skylight as shown in the diagram.
4. Place the skylight into position in the cut-out, ensuring that the hinges face the front of the caravan/RV.
5. Insert the provided brackets into the skylight slots and use the screws provided, depending on the thickness of your roof. Note: Do not overtighten to avoid bowing of the skylight.

Installation of Internal Blind

1. Remove all light coverings and connect the 12V wiring for the LEDs.
2. Place the internal blind into position and screw it into place before re-fitting the coverings.

Installation Instructions

Roof hood Skylight

1. For Sandwich Panel Roof Mark Roof according to cut out Size of the skylight.
   • For non-sandwich panel roofs assemble according to size however leave 3 mm allowance (eg. 700 x 500 mm cut to 703 x 503 mm)
2. Prior to installation, roof should be between 25 – 60 mm thick and ensure 12 V cable is wired to position.
3. Prior to installation of skylight clean surface thoroughly with appropriate cleaning agent
4. Apply generous amount of appropriate adhesive around the edge of the skylight as per diagram above.
5. Place skylight into position in cut-out ensuring the hinges face the front of the caravan/rv.
6. Insert Brackets provided into skylight slots and use screws provided depending on thickness of your roof.
   • WARNING: Take care not to overtighten as this can cause skylight to bow which may effect the operation of the skylight.
7. When installing internal blind, remove all light coverings and connect 12 V wiring for LEDs
8. Place internal blind into position, then screw into place before re-fitting coverings.
