FAQs
Can I plug multiple sets together and control with one voice command?
Purchase multiple sets and install them as individual setups then in the smart life app you can group them to all respond to one command.
Why is there a plug if you can cut the strips?
Because it allows you to make adjustments as you see fit for every application, it’s a versatility thing.
Why is this strip so wrongly represented? The entire strip will be the chosen color, not parts of strip different color. It is shown as a lie. Why?
This is an RGB light strip, meaning the strip will only ever be one color because of how it’s wired and hence why you can daisy-chain these and have each segment be a different color, you just need a Wi-Fi adapter for each segment. For the function you’re talking about you’d want an ARGB strip where the “A” stands for Addressable, making each light node independent of the others so you could have a color gradient across the strip without additional Wi-Fi adaptors.
Why are my strips getting hot?
If they get warm is normal. If they are too hot, you might have a loose connection.
Would one strip be bright enough to light the counter under cabinets or would it need to double up?
This is mood lighting, not task lighting. Doesn’t help at all. Returning.

Please press and hold the white controller for 8 seconds to restart the Wi-Fi transmitter. If it still doesn’t work, I will send you a Wi-Fi transmitter Controller.

Yes, the lights can be in motion and can be controlled by Alexa.
Can you buy another power adapter?
If you need a replacement, I would assume so as the parts are interchangeable. There are 3 main parts: 1) LED strip, which you can you cut and link together, 2) Wi-Fi adapter, and 3) power adapter. They all link together via 4 prongs from male to female. As long as you get another power adapter with the same voltage you should be good.
I purchased 2 sets for a total of 50+ feet. When both are connected, the last 6 feet of the first section are different colors than those chosen. Anyone knows why?
If you only used one power supply for the whole length that you installed, you don’t have enough voltage to pass evenly through the impedance of the whole strand. My advice is to get a more powerful power supply or use 2. You’ll have to look at what the specific length-to-voltage ratio is supposed to be for the light strip.
Will this work with the amazon tap?

Do these actually turn bright white though?
My grandson said he doesn’t have to turn on the ceiling light because these are so bright and they do turn bright white also.

Would I be able to line an entire ceiling in a small room with the 16ft?
If you are wanting to run the lights around the room it would have to be a very small room. 4-foot square. If you are asking if it is bright enough to light a small room. I would say yes. The lights are bright when turned up.
Will this work with an iPhone?
It should work with iPhone/IOS but you’ll want to make sure the Smart Life app is downloadable.
