REMOVE AND SAVE THE FACTORY TRIM PINS AND PUSH PIN. TURN 1/4 TO RIGHT TO RELEASE AND REMOVE.
REMOVE OEM PART.
2 CLEAN
- CLEAN WITH ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL (91%) AND PAPER TOWELS. DRY THOROUGHLY!
CLEAN ALL AREAS WHERE THE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE WILL MAKE CONTACT. ALL INSTALLATION AREAS MUST BE COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY DETERGENT, WAX OR DETAILING RESIDUE FOR PROPER ADHESION.
3 TEST FIT THE FRONT FENDER FLARE INNER SHELL
- TEST FIT THE FRONT FENDER FLARE INNER SHELL AND VERIFY ASSEMBLY.
PLACE THE PART IN POSITION, HOLDING FIRMLY TO ENSURE IT FITS CORRECTLY.
4 ALIGN & MARK
1) ENSURE THAT THE HOLES MATCH THE PART AND THE VEHICLE.
MARK AS SHOWN.
FIRM PRESSURE MUST BE APPLIED DURING MARKING TO ENSURE POSITIONING OF THE FRONT FENDER FLARE INNER SHELL.
5 REMOVE THE FRONT FENDER FLARE INNER SHELL
- WARM SURFACE WITH HEAT GUN IF SURFACE TEMPERATURE IS TOO COLD.
TAPE AND VEHICLE SURFACES SHOULD BE THE SAME TEMPERATURE AND MUST BE AT LEAST 60°F (16ºC) DURING INSTALLATION!
6 ADHESION PROMOTER
- APPLY ADHESION PROMOTER.
APPLY ON ALL AREAS WHERE THE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE WILL MAKE CONTACT.
7 PEEL THE LINER
- Inner view
2) EXPOSED DOUBLE SIDED TAPE
- PEEL THE LINER LEADS AS SHOWN. STICK THE LINER LEAD TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PART USING A PIECE OF MASKING TAPE.
DO NOT TOUCH EXPOSED SURFACE OF DOUBLE SIDED TAPE!
8 PLACE THE FRONT FENDER FLARE INNER SHELL
- CAREFULLY ALIGN WITH MARKINGS AND LINE UP HOLES FOR PUSH PINS.
HOLD FIRMLY TO ENSURE IT FITS CORRECTLY.
ATTACH WITH PUSH PINS.
9 REMOVE THE LINER
- DO NOT REMOVE ALL LINER AT ONCE!
APPLY PRESSURE BEHIND LINER AS IT IS GRADUALLY REMOVED TO ADHERE THE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE TO THE VEHICLE’S SURFACE.
10 PRESS
- 20 – 30 Lbf

2) APPLY PRESSURE TO ALL CONTACT AREAS WITH SOFT CLOTH.
FULL AND COMPLETE CONTACT BETWEEN TAPE AND VEHICLE SURFACE IS CRUCIAL FOR

FOR CORRECT INSTALLATION MAKE SURE THAT THE BUTTON HEAD ALLEN SCREW (I) IS POSITIONED TOWARDS THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND THE SCREW TIP TOGETHER WITH THE LOCKNUT (H) TOWARDS THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Product only. The
warranty is valid only as long as the original retail purchaser owns the
vehicle upon which the Product is installed. The warranty expires should the
Product be removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is

Misuse, abuse, accidents, vandalism, negligence, fire, or improper installation or modification, or improper or inadequate maintenance;

Failure to comply with any Product documentation, Bestop instructions, or applicable law or regulations; use in extreme conditions

Force Majeure including but not limited to, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other disasters natural or manmade, civil unrest, strikes, declared or undeclared war, or lack of performance by, or discontinued product of, supply chain partners whose products, software, operations or management is beyond the control of Bestop;

Damage resulting in breakage (including without limitation, spontaneous breakage, accidental breakage or breakage by any other means) of a Product or any component part;

Damage to vinyl windows due to misuse, or cracking due to varying weather conditions.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY
During the applicable warranty period, Bestop shall, at its option, either
repair or replace any Product that it confirms, in its discretion, is non-
compliant with the warranties herein. Bestop will not pay for labor charges
associated with installation or removal of the Product. Should a specific
Product be discontinued, Bestop may, at its option, replace the discontinued
Product with a current product or like product.
Please retain your proof of purchase. Original proof of purchase for the
Product must accompany any warranty claim. If you have a warranty claim, first
you must email Bestop Customer Service at
csbestop@bestop.com for instructions. All claims must
be emailed to csbestop@bestop.com within 30 days of
discovery of a defective Product, but in no event later than thirty days after
the end of the applicable Warranty Period (the “Warranty Notice Period”).
Warranty claims made after the Warranty Notice Period are null and void and
Bestop shall have no responsibility with respect to such claims.
THIS SECTION SETS FORTH BESTOP’S SOLE OBLIGATION & YOUR SOLE REMEDY WITH
RESPECT TO ANY DEFECTS OR OTHER PRODUCT ISSUE. ANY PRODUCTS REPLACED UNDER
TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE COVERED UNDER TERMS & BALANCE OF THE DURATION
OF THE ORIGINAL LIMITED WARRANTY FOR SUCH PRODUCT.
