The Exo Grid is a revolutionary beam control concept that is made entirely using additive manufacturing technology in nylon/carbon fiber. This innovative design allows for instant assembly without any light spillage. It is available in two models: EXGD-H60 and EXGD-H45.
Exo Grid 60° and 45° for Astera Helios, carbon fiber additive manufactured, instant snap-on light control and shaping tool. Two micro-velcro strap fasteners, Neoprene Kit pouch with crsytal pocket for accessories. Wgt: gr. 218, oz. 7,7.
Product Usage Instructions
The Exo Grid is designed to be user-friendly and easy to assemble. Follow the instructions below for proper usage:
- Start by unpacking the Exo Grid and familiarizing yourself with its components.
- Identify the correct model of the Exo Grid you have (EXGD-H60 or EXGD-H45).
- Ensure that you have the necessary nano-Velcro straps included in the package for extra safety.
- If you intend to use the Exo Grid on moving vehicles such as cars or motorboats, make sure to securely attach it using the provided nano-Velcro straps. Note that the grid hooks with force, ensuring a stable attachment.
- To assemble the Exo Grid, simply follow these steps:
- Hold the Exo Grid firmly in your hands.
- Apply even pressure to the springloaded form factor to release the grid.
- Once released, carefully position the Exo Grid in front of the light source.
- Make sure the Exo Grid covers the entire beam to effectively control the luminous flux.
- If you need to disassemble the Exo Grid, follow these steps:
- Gently remove the Exo Grid from the light source.
- Release the springloaded form factor to collapse the grid into its compact form.
- Store the Exo Grid in a safe place until its next use.
- Always handle the Exo Grid with care to avoid any damage to its components.

INSTRUCTION
The Exo Grid is a revolutionary concept of beam control. Entirely made with
additive manufacturing technology in nylon/carbon fiber, it allows instant
assembly without any spill of light.
The inner part of the grid is made with a “dielectric pattern” to offer an exclusive softness and nuance of light. Available in two versions at 60° and 45°, and in the kit with neoprene pouch, supplied with two nano-Velcro straps for extra safety (however the grid hooks with force) for use on moving cars, motorboats or other. The Exo Grid works on any Astera Helios or Titan tube.
HOW TO USE
It assembles and disassembles instantly thanks to the innovative springloaded
form factor. Engineered to accelerate the work of gaffers on set, it allows
effective control of the luminous flux.
