Product Usage Instructions

Charge the Earbuds

Please ensure the earbuds are fully charged before first use. Follow these steps:

  1. Place the earbuds into the charging case.
  2. The earbuds will charge automatically using the magnet.
  3. The LED light on the earbuds will turn solid red while charging.
  4. The LED light will turn off once charging is complete.

Charge the Charging Case

To charge the charging case, follow these steps:

  1. Plug the provided Type-C charging cable into the bottom of the charging case.
  2. The LED light on the charging case will turn green and breathe while charging.
  3. The LED light will turn solid green once charging is complete.
  4. If the charging case has low battery, the LED will flash white.

Charging time for the charging case is approximately 2 hours. The charging case also supports wireless charging function. You can put the charging case on a charging pad for wireless charging.

Bluetooth Pairing

To pair the earbuds with your device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the charging case.
  2. The earbuds will automatically pair with each other.
  3. The earbuds LED will flash red and blue, indicating they are in device pairing mode.
  4. Activate the Bluetooth function on your device and search for “RT62AE” to connect.

ENC Tech

The earbuds are equipped with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology. The ENC algorithm cancels background noise during voice calls, ensuring clear communication. The ENC is already activated by default during calls. The earbuds have 4 microphones to enhance the noise cancellation effect.

Single Earbud Usage

Each earbud can be used independently. You can use a single earbud for calling or listening to music.

Calling/Music Controls:

  • Answer/End Call: Touch the L/R earbud twice.
  • Reject Incoming Call: Touch and hold the L/R earbud for 2 seconds until you hear a prompt tone.
  • Play/Pause: Touch the L/R earbud twice.
  • Next Song: Touch the R earbud three times.
  • Previous Song: Touch the L earbud three times.
  • Voice Assistant/Siri: Touch and hold the L earbud for 2 seconds until you hear a prompt sound. Note: This function may not work for all devices.

ANC Function

The earbuds have ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) function. Follow these steps to control ANC:

  • Transparency Mode On: Touch and hold the R earbud for 2 seconds.
  • ANC On: Touch and hold the R earbud for 2 seconds.
  • ANC Off: Touch and hold the R earbud for 2 seconds.

Power Off

To power off the earbuds, you can use either of the following methods:

  • Method 1: Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
  • Method 2: Touch and hold the earbuds for 5 seconds until you hear a prompt saying “Power off”.

Reset Earbuds

To reset the earbuds, follow these steps:

  1. Place both L/R earbuds into the charging case.
  2. Keep the case open and touch the reset button on the charging case for 5 to 7 seconds.

This will clear all connection records and reset the earbuds.

Remark: If the TWS earbuds are not connected to any device within 5 minutes, they will automatically power off.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. It may not cause harmful interference and must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Charge the earbuds

  • Please be fully charged before first use.
  • Place the earbuds into the case and they will charge automatically by the magnet.
  • The LED light of earbuds will turn solid red while charging, and turn off once charging complete.
  • The LED light of charging station will turn white breathing while charging for earbuds then turn off once charging complete for earbuds.
  • Battery low: LED flashes red per 30seconds and prompt “battery low”.

Charge the charging case

  1. Plug the provided Type-C charging cable into the bottom of charging case, the LED light will turn green breathing while charging then turn solid green once charging complete.
    If the charging case is in low battery, the LED flashes white.
    Charging time for charging case: around 2hours

  2. The charging case support wireless charging function Put the charging case on the charging pad to do wireless charging

Bluetooth Pairing

Open the charging case, the earbuds will begin auto-pairing with each other.
The earbuds LED will flash red and blue and going to device pairing mode.
Activate the Bluetooth function on your device to search for “RT62AE” and connect it.
It is ready to use.

ENC Tech
The ENC (Environmental Noise cancellation tech) algorithm cancels the background noise so that you can be heard crystal clear via voice calls. The earbuds are equipped with 4 mics and the ENC already activated by default during calling.

  • Rejecting an incoming call: Touch and hold L/R earbud 2 seconds until you hear a prompt tone ”du”:
  • Play/Pause: Touch L/R earbud twice
  • Next song: Touch R earbud 3 times
  • Previous song: Touch L earbud 3 times:

Voice Assistant:
Touch and hold L earbud for 2 seconds until you hear a prompt sound to active the Voice Assistant/ Siri function. This function may not work for all devices.

ANC Function

  • Transparency ON: Touch and hold R earbud for 2 seconds
  • ANC ON: Touch and hold R earbud for 2 seconds
  • ANC OFF: Touch and hold R earbud for 2 seconds

Power off:

  • Method 1: Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
  • Method 2: Touch and hold the earbuds for 5seconds until you hear prompt” Power off”

Reset Earbuds

Place L/R earbuds into the charging case, keep the case open and touch the reset button on the charging case for 5s-7s. This clears all connection records and all device.

Remark: TWS without connecting any device within 5mins, it will power off automatically.
