Product Usage Instructions
Note: Please turn on the power switch(on the back side) to “ON” before using each function.
RADIO OPERATION
- Turn on the power switch located on the back side of the device.
- To open the radio, turn the Volume Dial to the ON position.
- Use the band switch to select FM or AM.
- Rotate the tuning dial to select a channel for FM or AM. The tuning indicator will turn green when the channel is received.
- Extend the antenna and adjust its direction for better signal reception when listening to FM broadcasts.
- To turn off the radio, turn the Volume Dial to the OFF position.
- When power switch is “ON”, turn the “Volume” Dial to open the radio.
- Turn the band switch to select FM/AM.
- Rotate the tuning dial to select a channel when using FM/AM. The tuning indicator will turn green when the channel is received.
- Extend the antenna and adjust the direction to get better signal when listening to FM broadcasts.
- Turn the “Volume” Dial to the OFF position to turn off the radio.
SOS ALARM
- Long press the SOS button for 3 seconds to activate the loud siren and flashing far beam.
- Press the SOS button again to turn off the SOS alarm.
READING LAMP
- Open the solar panel to activate the reading lamp.
- Close the solar panel to turn off the reading lamp.
- Adjust the brightness of the reading lamp using the knob provided.
- Open the solar panel, the reading lamp lights up, and close the solar panel it will light off.
- Turn the knob for reading lamp to adjust the brightness.
FLASHLIGHT
- Press the flashlight button once to activate the far beam.
- Press the flashlight button again to activate the dipped beam.
- Press the flashlight button a third time to activate both the far and dipped beams simultaneously.
- Press the flashlight button a fourth time to turn off the flashlight.
POWER METHODS
USB CHARGING
- Connect the supplied Micro USB Type-C cable to the Micro USB Input port on the right side of the device to charge the built-in lithium battery.
- The 4 blue power indicator lights will light up in sequence during charging. When fully charged, the indicator lights will stay blue.
- It is recommended to charge the radio at least once every three months.
- The waterproof cover on the side of this product has 2 USB output ports , a USB input port and a earphone jack.
- Connect the supplied Micro USB Type-C cable to the Micro USB Input port on the right side of the unit to charge built-in lithium battery. Meanwhile,the 4 blue power indicator lights will light up in sequence. They will stay blue when fully charged.
- Please have the radio charged at least once every three months.
HAND CRANK POWER
- Rotate the handle at the back of the device in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction at a constant speed of 130 rpm for 1 minute.
- This will provide power for 25 minutes of far beam or dipped beam usage, or 5-6 minutes of radio usage.
- The radio can also be charged by turning the handle at the back of the device .
- The charging indicator light will light red when the handle is being turned.
- Rotate the rocker clockwise or counterclockwise, and keep it at a constant speed of 130 rpm for 1 minute, which can be used for far beam or dipped beam for 25 minutes or radio work for 5-6 minutes.
SOLAR POWER
- Place the device in clear sunlight for efficient charging.
- The charging indicator will turn red during charging, and the charging effect depends on the intensity of the sunlight.
- Solar power is mainly used for maintaining the battery and prolonging its life.
BATTERY PROTECTION
- The emergency radio is designed with a feature that shuts down in low voltage to protect the battery from damage.
- The power supply will be cut off if there is an overload or a short circuit in the device.
- The power source will be cut off when the voltage is lower than 2.7V to protect the battery.
POWER THE DEVICE
- Connect the USB device to the USB output port of the unit via USB cable to power the USB device. When the device is used as a power bank (discharge), the power indicator lights will diminish.
- This feature is suggested to use in emergency, do not use it as a normal power bank.
EARPHONE JACK
- Insert the 3.5mm Earphone jack to listen to the radio to enjoy your leisure time.
- If you press the SOS button at this time, you will hear the SOS alarm in the earphone. It will return to the radio function when you turn off the SOS function.
POWER LEVEL INDICATOR
- This unit has 4 blue power indicator lights to show the power capacity. The power indicator lights will light up for 30 seconds when turn on the flashlight, and the indicator lights stays on when charging and discharging.
- 4 lights up: C>75%
- 3 lights up: 50 %<C<75%
- 2 lights up: 25 %< C<50%
- 1 lights up: 3 %< C<25%
- The first light flash: C<3%

SPECIFICATION
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- For the first use or when the unit idles over 60 days, please hand crank for 1 minutes to activate the internal battery.
- The device shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing,and objects filled with liquids should notbe placed on the device.
- Please do not over discharge the unit, so as not to reduce the internal battery life, or even damage the battery.
- Avoid flashlight light directly into the eyes, or it will hurt the eyes.

- The device has a full 12-month warranty against manu-facturing defects from the date of purchase.
