MC0330 – 300lb Cube Ice Machine
The MC0330 – 300lb Cube Ice Machine is a reliable and easy-to-use ice machine that is designed to provide enhanced performance and efficiency. It features intelligent sensor technology that maximizes efficiency and lowers operating costs. The machine has a 24-hour volume production capacity and is available in air-cooled and water-cooled options.
The machine is designed with a removable, external air filter that speeds up the cleaning process and reduces the unit footprint. It also includes a WaterSense Adaptive Purge feature that optimizes water consumption, keeping the machine cleaner and operating more efficiently. The AutoAlertTM panel displays relevant machine status and now includes an external bin full indicator light and a 16-segment display for easier readability.
The MC0330 – 300lb Cube Ice Machine is available with modular bin options, including the B330P and B530S or P models. It has a polymetallic or poly finish and comes with a warranty. The ice produced by this machine is in cube form, making it ideal for mixed drinks. It is available in small cube (7/8 x 7/8 x 3/8 inches) and medium cube (7/8 x 7/8 x 7/8 inches) sizes.
Product Usage Instructions
MC0330 – 300lb Cube Ice Machine
- Ensure that the machine is properly installed and connected to a suitable power source.
- Check the water supply and make sure it is connected to the machine’s water inlet.
- If using a water-cooled model, connect the condenser water inlet to a suitable water source.
- Turn on the machine by following the instructions in the user manual.
- Set the desired cube size (small or medium) using the controls on the machine.
- Wait for the machine to start producing ice. The AutoAlertTMpanel will display the relevant machine status.
- If the bin is full, the external bin full indicator light will illuminate. Empty the bin to continue ice production.
- Regularly clean the machine’s external air filters to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor water consumption and check the WaterSense Adaptive Purge feature to ensure efficient operation.
- If any issues or malfunctions occur, refer to the user manual or contact Scotsman customer support for assistance.

Installation Note: Allow 6” space at the left, back, and right sides for
ventilation and utility connections.
Recommended counter opening size 9” x 12” for utilities and tubing. The
opening can be located anywhere within the shaded area.
