INSTRUCTIONS
Basic Ice Level Control Kit (KBILC)
Installation:

Depress and hold the Off button until the machine shuts Off (Status light will go out).

Disconnect power to machine at wall or at breaker.

Remove front panel.

Locate sensor mounting hole in base of machine. The hole is located towards the back of the machine and has a foam plug in it. Remove the plug. Wipe area around plug to remove dust and dirt.

Position sensor in hole and press into place. Be sure sensor mount fits tight against the sheet metal.

Open control box door.

Route the sensor wire through the control box snap bushings.
Note: Route connecting wire away from items like the fan blade, discharge tubing and crankcase heater. -
Connect ice level control to control board at J13

Close control box door. Secure with original screw.

Adjust ice level control to desired level. To lower ice level, pull sensor down from inside bin or dispenser. To raise ice level, pull sensor up from inside ice machine while holding sensor mount down.
Note: Do not pull on sensor wire to adjust ice level, only sensor body/flexible tubing.
For dispenser applications, keep sensor above agitator arm to avoid damage. -
Reinstall front panel.

Reconnect power to machine.

Push and release the ON button to resume ice making.
