Product Information

The Noble Heat Fanni Electric Heater is a powerful indoor heater with a maximum heat output of 2000 Watts. It operates on a power supply of 220-240 V AC and 50 Hz frequency. The heater is designed to be used with a mantel for safe installation and optimal performance.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the heater, carefully read and understand the entire owner’s manual, including all safety information.
  2. Ensure that the heater is only used indoors and never outdoors.
  3. Always use the heater with a mantel for proper installation.
  4. Keep the owner’s manual for future reference and ensure it accompanies the product if it is sold or given away.
  5. Use extreme caution when using the heater near children or in areas where children may be present.
  6. Never leave the heater unattended and always unplug it when not in use.
  7. Avoid touching the hot surfaces of the heater and do not attempt to move it while it is hot.
  8. Always turn off the heater before unplugging it from the outlet.
  9. Ensure that the cord does not cross traffic areas to prevent tripping hazards.
  10. Never modify the heater as it may result in personal injury or property damage, and it voids all warranties.
  11. If the heater malfunctions is dropped or is damaged, discontinue its use.
  12. Do not open the heater as there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
  13. Before assembly, cleaning, or relocation of the electric fireplace, disconnect the heater from the power supply.
  14. Store the heater in a dry location and do not use it if it has become wet.
  15. Avoid using the heater in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or any area where it may come in contact with water.
  16. Do not operate the heater if the power cord or plug is damaged or if the grounding pin is missing or damaged.
  17. Place the heater near a wall outlet to avoid the need for an extension cord. If an extension cord is necessary, ensure it is at least 16AWG with a rating of at least 2000 Watts.
  18. Only use the heater on a 220-240Volt 16 Amp circuit and avoid overloading the circuit. If the heater trips the circuit breaker, unplug other appliances on the same circuit before the next use.
  19. Do not plug the heater into an old, cracked, or faulty outlet with loose wires or connections to prevent electric arcing, overheating, or fire hazards.
  20. Regularly check the heater cord and plug connections to ensure they fit tightly in the outlet and avoid overheating.

CAUTION

  • NEVER use this heater for other than its intended purpose.
  • Use extreme caution if using this heater near children, or where children may be pre-sent.
  • NEVER leave this heater unattended. ALWAYS unplug this heater when not in use.
  • This heater is hot when in use. AVOID INJURY! DO NOT TOUCH hot surfaces, or attempt to move this heater while it is hot.
  • ALWAYS turn this heater off before unplugging it from the outlet.
  • AVOID INJURY! Keep the cord from crossing traffic areas to avoid tripping.
  • NEVER modify this heater. Doing so could result in personal injury or property damage. Mo- modification of this heater completely voids all warranties.
  • Discontinue use if this heater malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

CAUTION: Risk of electric shock! DO NOT OPEN! No user-serviceable parts inside!

  • ALWAYS disconnect this unit from the power supply before performing any assembly or cleaning, or before relocating the electric fireplace.
  • ALWAYS store this heater in a dry location. NEVER use the heater if it has become wet.
  • NEVER use this heater in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or any other location where the heater could fall into a bathtub or pool, become damp, or come in contact with water.
  • NEVER operate this heater if the power cord or plug has become damaged, or if the grounding pin is damaged or missing.
  • Place the heater near a wall outlet so an extension cord is not needed. If an extension cord is needed, the gauge of the cord must be at least 16AWG, and the rating must be at least 2000 Watts. NEVER use a smaller gauge cord with a lower rating. Doing so may result in fire or electric shock.
  • ONLY use this heater on a 220-240Volt 16 Amp circuit. NEVER overload the circuit. If this heater trips the circuit breaker, unplug all other appliances on the same circuit before the next use. Avoid plugging other appliances into the same circuit as this heater.
  • NEVER plug this heater into an old outlet, cracked, or has any loose wires or connections. Plugging this heater into a faulty outlet could result in electric arcing within the outlet and cause the outlet to overheat or catch fire.
  • ALWAYS check your heater cord and plug connections with each use!
    • A. MAKE SURE the plug fits tight in the outlet! Faulty wall outlet connections or loose plugs can cause the outlet to overheat.
    • B. Heaters draw more current than small appliances. Overheating may occur even if it has not occurred with the use of other appliances.
    • C. During use check frequently to see if the plug outlet or faceplate is HOT!
    • D. If the outlet or faceplate is HOT, discontinue use immediately and have a qualified electrician inspect and/or replace the faulty outlets.

CAUTION: To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

  • Please make sure that the heater is not located immediately below a socket outlet.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
  • Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
  • Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

CAUTION:  Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns.

  • The heater is to be installed so that switches and other controls cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower.

CAUTION: The device is designed for installation, for example in a fireplace facade. Select a suitable location that is not sensitive to moisture and is not near curtains, furniture, and high-traffic areas.

NOTICE:  Follow all national and local electrical codes.

  • Remove all parts and hardware from the carton and place them on a clean, soft, dry surface. ʁ Make sure all parts are dry and that the power cord and plug are not damaged.
  • Check the parts list to make sure nothing is missing.
  • Properly dispose of packaging materials. Please recycle whenever possible.

STEP 1

  • Find a safe location.
  • Minimum clearance on each side: 0” (0 cm)
  • Minimum clearance below: 39.4” (100 cm)
  • Minimum clearance above: 0” (0 cm)
  • Minimum clearance from the front: 118,11” (300 cm)
  • Choose a location near an outlet so an extension cord is not required.
  • DO NOT position the unit directly below a power outlet.

CAUTION :

  • ALWAYS make sure the unit is unplugged before beginning assembly!
  • NEVER move or clean the heater, while it is plugged in.

ASSEMBLY

  1. STEP 1
    Select the height level you desired (this heater has 4 levels available for brackets) and fix two brackets (B) on heater (A) with three screws (C) each .NOBLE-HEAT-IXH-0001-Electric-Heater-FIG- \(5\)

  2. STEP 2
    Fix the heater with mantel by screws (C).

  3. STEP 3
    The installation is completed. The heater is installed as follows:

OPERATION

CAUTION: Read and understand this entire owner’s manual, including all safety information, BEFORE plugging in or using this product. Failure to do so could result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death.

POPOWERWER

  • Plug the power cord into a 220 Volt 15 Amp grounded outlet (see IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION).
  • Make sure the outlet is in good condition and that the plug is not loose. NEVER exceed the maximum amperage for the circuit.
  • DO NOT plug other appliances into the same circuit.

NOTICE

  • When the heater is first turned on, a slight odor may be present. This is normal and should not occur again unless the heater is not used for a long period.
  • To improve operation, aim the remote control at the front of the fireplace. DO NOT press the buttons too quickly. Give the unit time to respond to each command.

METHODS OF OPERATION

  • This electric heater can be operated by the REMOTE CONTROL and the MANUAL CONTROL PANEL. The manual control panel is located in the right corner of the unit.
  • Before operation, please read the IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

TEMPERATURE LIMITING CONTROL
This heater is equipped with a Temperature Limiting Control. Should the heater reach an unsafe temperature, the heater will automatically turn OFF.

TO RESET

  1. Turn the ON/OFF switch on the CONTROL PANEL to OFF. Wait 5 minutes.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
  3. Inspect the fireplace to make sure no vents are blocked or clogged with dust or lint. If they are, use a vacuum to clean the vent areas.
  4. If the problem continues, have your outlet and wiring inspected by a professional.

REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY INFORMATION
The remote control uses one CR2025 battery (Included).

CAUTION

  • NEVER dispose of batteries in a fire. Failure to observe this precaution may result in an explosion. Dispose of batteries at your local hazardous material processing center.
  • Ingestion can cause serious injury or death in as little as 2 hours due to chemical burns and possible perforation of the esophagus.
  • If you suspect your child has swallowed a battery, seek medical attention immediately. Inspect the equipment and make sure the battery compartment is properly secured. Do not use the battery compartment if it is not secure.
  • Dispose of used batteries immediately and safely. Even dead batteries can be dangerous. Inform others about the risks associated with batteries and how to protect their children.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), recharge- able (nickel-cadmium), or equivalent products.
  • Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
  • Failure to observe this precaution may result in an explosion. Dispose of batteries at your local hazardous materials processing center.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

CAUTION

  • ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning, performing maintenance, or moving this unit. Failure to do so could result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.
  • NEVER immerse in water or spray with water. Doing so could result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.

METAL

  • Buff using a soft cloth, slightly dampened with a citrus oil-based product.
  • DO NOT use brass polish or household cleaners as these products will damage the metal trim.

GLASS

  • Use a good quality glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth or towel. Dry thoroughly with a paper towel or lint-free cloth.
  • NEVER use abrasive cleansers, liquid sprays, or any cleaner that could scratch the surface.

VENTS

  • Use a vacuum or duster to remove dust and dirt from the heater and vent areas.

PLASTIC

  • Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and a mild solution of dish soap and warm water. ʁ NEVER use abrasive cleansers, liquid sprays, or any cleaner that could scratch the surface.

MAINTENANCE

CAUTION: Risk of electric shock! DO NOT OPEN any panels! No user- serviceable parts inside! ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning, performing maintenance, or moving this fireplace. Failure to do so could result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.

ELECTRICAL AND MOVING PARTS

  • The fan motors are lubricated at the factory and will not require lubrication.
  • Electrical components are integrated into the fireplace and are not serviceable by the consumer.

STORAGE
Store the heater in a clean dry place when not in use.

CAUTION: NO SERVICING of the internal or electrical parts should be performed by the consumer. Do not service the unit yourself.
