Solution
When measuring, avoid the environment. (e.g. to magnetic fields, electromagnetic fields, external electrical influences etc.).

1. No pulse or blood pressure reading due to very weak artery pulse.
2. The cuff is too loose.0
3.  Clothing is interfering with the cuff.

Solution

1. Remove cuff. Wait 2-3 min and take another measurement. Repeat steps listed under “BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT METHOD” Inflate the cuff 40mmHg higher than the previous inflation value.
2. Apply the cuff correctly, Refer to “Wearing cuff
3.  Remove any closing interfering with the cuff. Refer to “Wearing cuff”.

1. Air plug disconnected
2.  Air cuff not applied correctly
3. Air is leaking from the cuff
4.  Others

Solution

1. Insert the plug securely, Refer to “Wearing cuff”.
2. Apply the cuff correctly. Refer to “Wearing cuff”.
3. Replace the cuff with the new one.
4.  Contact the Customer Service.

1. Pipe bend causing air blockage
2.  Connector blockage

Solution

1. Apply the cuff correctly. Refer to “Wearing cuff”
2.  Replace the connector
3. Contact the Customer Service Team

Err 6 Cause
There may be some dust on the cuff connector port.
Solution
You can blow into this port OR use your hairdryers to clean the dust.  Error Display
Err 7 Cause
The cuff was inflated above 300 mmHg when inflating the cuff manually.
Solution
Do not inflate the cuff above 300mmHg. Refer to “BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENTMETHOD”.
