Pump must be installed by a licensed electrician or qualified spa technician.
Installation should be done in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes & ordinances.
Improper installation can result in electrical hazards, shock, injury, or property damage.
Pump must be connected to a grounded circuit and protected by a Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
Keep the pump out of the reach of children to reduce the risk of injury.
Always disconnect power at the circuit breaker before servicing or inspecting the pump.

Pump Wiring

2-Speed Setup

Turn off power before working on any electrical connections.
Confirm pump circuit voltage matches the pump (220-240V).
Connect the supply Black Wire to Terminal L (low speed).
Connect the supply White Wire to Terminal C.
Connect the supply Red Wire to Terminal H (high speed).
Connect the supply Green/Ground Wire with the Ground Screw.
Note: Some spas may use Red Wire for Low Speed and Black Wire for High Speed. In such cases, swap Red and Black wire terminal positions for correct high & low-speed control operation.

1-Speed Setup

Installation Tips

Replace failing gasket seals or broken unions.
Loosen the lowest union slightly after installation to bleed air and flood/prime the new pump, then retighten.
Hand-tighten unions only, without using a wrench.
After installation is complete, operate the spa for a few minutes and observe for leaks or air locks.
