• The internal light sources of this product cannot be replaced. If the light sources sustain damage, the product should be replaced.
• Do not allow children to assemble and install this product without adult supervision.
• Avoid installing this product near major heat sources.
• External dimmers cannot be used with this product.
• Avoid installing this product near potentially dangerous sources (e.g., candles, liquid-filled objects.)

This product is composed of 6 connected fixtures that can be easily installed on the walls of a corridor, living room, bedroom, and more, bringing another level of colorfulness to daily life. Download Govee Home App to adjust colors, color segmentation, brightness, effects, and mode. It can also connect with third-party voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free control.

Installation Steps

1. Clean the surface and make sure there is no dust or debris on it.

2. Determine the location of the power supply.

   • Power supply on the right (Bolt hole on the upper part of the base)
   • Power supply on the left (Bolt hole on the lower part of the base)
     

3. Peel off the protective film of the adhesive tape, stick the light base onto the wall and firmly press it for more than 15 seconds.

4. Start installing from the light that is far away from the power supply. Attention: Installation errors might occur if you do not follow this sequence.

5. Plug the cable from the second base into the input port and the cable goes through the core of the base into the output port. Please note that the light that is far away from the power supply does not have an output port.
   

6. After connecting all the lights with the cables, fit the bases into the slots on the lights and slide upwards or downwards to fix the lights onto the bases

7. Fit the cables into the built-in cable clips and twirl the built-in handle clockwise to adjust the length of the cables.

8. Connect to the power adapter and plug into power.

Disassembly Steps

1. Unplug the device.
2. Detach the lights from the bases.
3. When detaching, simultaneously press the plastic connector on the top of the power cable with your finger and pull the cable out.

Pairing Your Device with Govee Home App

What You Need

• A Wi-Fi router that supports 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands (5GHz is not supported).
• A smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android.

Pairing Instructions

• Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
• Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone.
• Open the app, tap the”+” icon in the top right corner and search for “H6088”.
• Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Controlling the Device with Your Voice

• Open the app, then tap the device icon to enter the details page.
• Tap the setting icon in the top right corner.
• Select User Guide and follow the on-screen instructions to control the device using your voice.

This product can be connected up to 6 pieces when in use.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot connect to Govee Home App.
   • Check if the fixture light is powered on.
   • Check if your smartphone’s Bluetooth is enabled, or try connecting with another smartphone.
   • When connecting for the first time, ensure the smartphone is near the light.
   • If the connection error still exists, please delete the connected light from “My Device” on the app.
   • Reconnect to Govee Home App by following the instructions provided previously.
2. Wi-Fi disconnected or failed to connect.
   • Check if the light is powered on.
   • Do not skip connecting to Wi-Fi during the pairing process.
   • Ensure your Wi-Fi router is 2.4GHz capable (5GHz is not supported).
   • Ensure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during the Wi-Fi connection process.
   • Try connecting the light with a smartphone hotspot to check if your nome network is working properly.
   • Shorten the distance between the light and the Wi-Fi router to less than 50ft, then try reconnecting.
3. Cannot pair or connect with Alexa or Google Assistant. Please contact the Govee support team for rapid product replacement.
   • Ensure the stability of the Wi-Fi connection.
   • Go to the Device Settings page and follow the instructions under “User Guiae” to pair the device again.
4. One or more lights fail to light up.
   • Check that the connecting wires, control box, and power adapter are all properly connected.
5. Only one user can control the device.
   • Each device can only be controlled by one account.
   • If multiple users wish to control the same device, ensure they are using the same account.
