The TLVUM3IU-E, also known as the Online Connectivity Unit (OCU), is a telematics device developed by LG Electronics Inc. specifically for Volkswagen vehicles. It is a small box that is installed deep inside passenger cars and is responsible for wireless communications  n GSM, WCDMA, and LTE networks. The OCU provides voice and data call functions, as well as various online services requested by VW.
