Product Information

The Galaxy Projector is a device that creates a real starry light show. It comes with various features such as manual mode, app operations, and different interfaces for nebula, star light, music play, and scenarios. The product requires a USB Type-C DC 5V/2A power supply and has undergone rigorous testing before leaving the factory.

Product Usage Instructions

Manual Mode:

Note: When the Rocket Astronaut Music Star Light is plugged in, it defaults to blue and green nebula rotation, and the stars are in breathing mode. The main unit will automatically shut down after 4 hours.

  • Long press the host button for 3 seconds to power on/off.
  • Short press the host button to play/pause music.
  • Short press the host button to play the previous song; long press to reduce volume.
  • Short press the host button to play the next song; long press to increase volume.
  • Type-C Power Input: 5V/2A

App Operations – Bluetooth Mode:

  1. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and allow access to the location (for Android).
  2. Download the Smart Night Light app by scanning the provided QR code or searching for it in Google Play (for Android) or APP Store (for Apple-iOS).
  3. Open the Smart Night Light app and log in with your account or create a new account.
  4. Pair the music star light with your phone by entering the app interface, clicking “Add Device/+” to go to the Product Selection interface, choosing the Galaxy Projector, and keeping the device close to the phone for identification.

App Functions:

  • Click on the Galaxy Projector icon to enter the main interface.
  • Touch the Power Switch icon to turn on/off the music star light.
  • Customize the product name via the icon at the top right-hand corner.
  • Turn on the voice-activated mode via the Micro button.
  • Click the Timer icon to set a custom timer for the device to automatically turn on/off.
  • Click the Countdown icon to activate the countdown shutdown/startup function.

The product also offers four main interfaces: Nebula Interface, Star Light Interface, Music Play Interface, and Scenario Interface. These interfaces allow you to control various settings such as turning on/off the nebula, nebula breathing mode, rocket night light, and color palette.

Warning:

This product requires a USB Type-C DC 5V/2A power supply. The product has undergone rigorous and comprehensive testing before leaving the factory. Users should strictly adhere to the warnings and instructions. Disassembling the main unit and accessories is strictly prohibited. Improper use resulting in product damage is not covered under our warranty. Please use the power adapter correctly and ensure it falls within the specified range to avoid affecting its lifespan.

Instructions for Use

  • It can be used indoors and projected to the ceiling or wall.
  • The product features built-in Bluetooth Music Speaker and can be connected via Bluetooth to play music using “BL-DQY02”.
  • The product can be controlled using the wireless remote control. Ensure that the remote control is not far away from the product during use.
  • Bluetooth Mode: The device can be connected to your cellphone via Bluetooth to directly play music. User can also use the Smart Night Light app to connect to the device, control the music star light’s on/off function, and switch its nebula light effects and star functions. This allows for the  presentation of different functions such as nebula light effects, stars, and music playback individually or in combination.
  • Timer Mode: User can use the remote control or the app to customize the automatic standby time of the product.
  • Rhythm Mode: By pressing the rhythm button on the remote control or the rhythm button on the main interface of the app, user can enable the rhythm function. In this mode, the projected light of the product will flicker and change according to the rhythm of the music.
  • White Noise Mode: The main unit is equipped with 15 white noise tracks that can be played using the remote control or the app.
  • Night Light Mode: By using the remote control or pressing the night light button, you can change the lighting effect of the night light. The night light will automatically turn on when plugged in and will default to automatically turn off after 12 hours.

App Operations

Bluetooth Mode

  1. Please turn on your phone Bluetooth, or the product won’t be connected;
  2. For Android, please allow access to the location and turn on the location.

Download the App

  1. Download the app by scanning the following QR code
  2. Search “Smart Night Light” app through Google Play (for Android) or APP Store(for Apple-iOS) and download it.

Operate “Smart Night Light” app

  1. Open the “Smart Night Light” app.
  2. Log in your account and password. Please register a new account on first use, or use a guest account login.

How to pair with your phone
Notice: Please allow the app to access Bluetooth and previously turn on the Bluetooth. For Android, please also allow access to the location and turn on the location.
Connect the music star light with the power supply, enter the app interface, click “Add Device”/”+” to “Product Selection” interface. Choose the “Galaxy Projector”, it will skip to “Find the Device” interface, keep the device close to the phone app for identification, see the pop-up shown, then add the found device.

APP Functions
Click on the “Galaxy Projector” icon to enter the main interface, touch the Power Switch “ ” to turn on/off the music star light. Custom the product name via the icon “ ” at the top right-hand corner, turn on the voice-activated mode via Micro “ ” button.

Click “Timer” icon “ ” to set a timer of the device auto turn on/off: Make the device automatically turn on/off in a custom time. (Note: It is not possible to set the device to automatically shut down after more than 4 hours .).Sunbox-BL-DQY02-Galaxy-Projector-fig-9

Click the “Countdown” icon to enter the countdown function interface. When the main unit is turned on, click the “Start” button to activate the countdown shutdown function. When the main unit is turned off, click the “Start” button to activate the countdown startup function. Click the “Stop” button to cancel the set countdown command.

Scenario Interface

  1. Features as follows: Custom scenario mode, choose the modes combination:
  2. Turn on/off the nebula light;
  3. Colored Nebula Combination, adjust brightness, 3 color changing modes:
  * Static mode; b. Flash mode; c. Breathe mode. Custom the color changed  

speed in static, flash and breathe modes;

3. Star light on/off, adjust starlight brightness, star light breathe mode on/off;

  • Troubleshooting – Fail to Connect to Phone Bluetooth
  • Please check your phone Bluetooth access permission and turn on the Bluetooth. (for Android, please also allow access to the location and turn on the location)
  • Please check if the music star light is powered on and within the 10m/32.8ft connection range.
  • Please check if your phone is connected to the correct Bluetooth model BL-DQY02.
  • Please check if your phone network works normally
