The TWS Bluetooth Wireless Earphones are a pair of wireless earphones that connect to devices via Bluetooth technology. Product Usage Instructions
- Check that the unit is complete and in good condition. If damaged or faulty, do not use it and take it to your retailer or after-sales service centre.
- Read the safety instructions provided in the user manual before using the earphones.
- Charge the earphones by connecting the USB C-type charging cable to the Type-C charging port on the charging case (H) and a compatible power source.
- Ensure the earphones are properly aligned with the charging pins (C) in the charging case before closing the lid (E).
- The LED indicator (A) on the earphones will light up during charging and turn off once fully charged.
- To pair the earphones with a Bluetooth-enabled device, follow the device’s instructions for Bluetooth pairing. The earphonesshould appear as a discoverable device in the device’s Bluetooth settings.
- Once paired, the earphones can be used to listen to audio, make calls, and control playback using the left/right earphone tap CONTROL button (D).
- To power on/off the earphones, press and hold the left/right earphone tap CONTROL button for a few seconds.
- To adjust the volume, use the volume controls on the connected device.
- When not in use, store the earphones in the charging case to protect them and ensure they are charged for future use.

- Warning! Failure to follow the safety and operating instructions may result in a risk of electric shock, fire and/or injury to persons.
- Never use accessories or parts from another manufacturer, as this will automatically null and void the guarantee and could damage the unit and/or cause injury. Only use manufacturer-recommended accessories.
- This unit must not be used by people (including children under the age of 8) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or people with no experience of using or knowledge of the unit, unless they can be supervised or receive prior instruction regarding how to safely use the unit and understand the risks involved.
- Make sure children do not play with any part of the unit.
- Ensure that the unit and its charging cable are kept out of the reach of children.
- Do not drop, knock or shake the unit.
- This unit has been designed exclusively for domestic and indoor use in temperate climates. High temperatures can damage the earphones’ performance and reduce the battery’s lifespan. Exposure to low and then warmer temperatures can cause condensation that may damage the electronic circuits.
- Do not place the unit or the charging cable:
- near sources of naked flames;
- in direct contact with sunlight;
- near heat sources, such as radiators;
- near or on other significant heat-generating equipment, such as a stereo;
- in places subject to vibrations;
- in damp places or locations where it may be exposed to water.
- Exposure to water can cause serious damages. Unplug the charging cable immediately and consult your dealer.
- Always keep the unit dry. The earphones are not waterproof.
- Before connecting the unit to the mains, check:
- that the unit and charging cable are not damaged. If damaged, do not use them and take the product to your retailer for repair.
- that the voltage of the power source and the rated voltage correspond to the specifications found on the unit’s nameplate.
- Warning! The unit must only be charged using the supplied charging cable.
- Risk of electrocution! Do not try to disassemble or repair the unit yourself. Do not insert any foreign objects into the unit. None of the unit’s interior components should be repaired by the user. Repairs should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Warning! High sound pressure! Listening to very loud music can damage your hearing. Avoid listening to very loud music for extended periods of time.
- Using earphones will impair your ability to hear other sounds. Use caution when wearing your earphones and simultaneously performing any activity that requires your full attention. Using earphones when driving is not recommended and in some countries, it may even be illegal.
- This product contains magnetic material. If you have a pacemaker or any other electrical medical device, you should consult your doctor before using this product.
- For the cleaning, maintenance and storage instructions, refer to the relevant paragraphs of this user manual. Rechargeable batteries
- The unit contains a non-replaceable internal lithium battery.
- To ensure optimum battery performance, use the product in locations that have an ambient temperature.
- Do not recharge the battery for longer than specified. Overcharging the battery will shorten its lifespan and useful life.
- Do not expose the battery to heat sources, such as sunlight or naked flames. Do not place the unit on top of other heat-emitting appliances, such as radiators or fridges.
- Do not throw batteries into a fire as they could burst or release toxic substances.
- The misuse of batteries can lead to the risk of explosion!
- The rechargeable battery must be removed by a qualified technician. Always unplug the charging cable from the unit before removing the battery.
- In the event of a leak, avoid any contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Do not attempt to remove the rechargeable battery. Use a cloth or safety gloves when disposing of the unit. Dispose of the unit and rechargeable battery in accordance with current local regulations. USB

- Unpack the product. Remove all the labels from the product. Check that it is complete and in a good condition. If the unit is damaged or faulty, do not use it and take it to your retailer or after-sales service centre.

Wearing the earphones
- Insert the Left and Right earphones into the corresponding ears.
- Gently twist the earphones to adjust the fit and secure them in your ears. They should feel snug and comfortable.
- During phone conversations, turn the microphone slightly towards your mouth for a clearer conversation.
Charging the earphones
Before first use, fully charge the earphones and charging case with the USB Type-C charging cable (provided) for 2 hours. Thereafter, it will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to fully charge the charging case and/or earphones. Recharge the unit whenever the battery is low.
- Put the earphones in the charging case.
- Close the lid. The earphones will turn off and start charging automatically.
- Connect the USB end of the charging cable to a USB port on a computer, laptop, or USB charging plug adaptor.
- Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the USB-C charging port on the bottom of the charging case.
- Once the charging case and earphones are fully charged, unplug the USB Type-C charging cable.
NOTE:
- A fully charged case can charge the earphones up to 4 times before needing to be recharged.
- A full charge on the earphones can provide approximately 4.5 hours of use when the volume is at 60%.
- Always close the charging case lid when charging the earphones and ensure the charging case has sufficient power.
- The charging case can be charged on its own or with the earphones inserted for simultaneous charging. If the charging case has battery power, you can insert the earphones for recharging without the USB Type-C charging cable being connected.
- To prolong battery life, please recharge the earphones every 2 weeks if they have not been used.
Turning the earphones on/off
- Open the lid and remove the earphones from the charging case. The earphones will turn on automatically and the white earphones’ LED indicator will flash quickly as they turn on and automatically searching for a Bluetooth device.
- Put the earphones into the charging case and close the lid. The earphones will turn off and start charging automatically.
Pairing with a Bluetooth device
- To connect the earphones to a Bluetooth device you must first pair the earphones with the device (such as your smartphone, tablet, or computer).
- To use the Left and Right earphones in True Wireless Stereo (TWS) mode, pair both earphones with the Bluetooth device.
- If you want to pair only one earphone with the Bluetooth device (Mono mode), pair the Left or Right earphone only.
NOTE: If the Bluetooth device was previously paired with another device, you may need to delete/forget that pairing from the Bluetooth device before attempting to pair it with the earphones.
Pairing both earphones (TWS mode) with a Bluetooth device
- Make sure that the earphones are sufficiently charged.
- Turn on Bluetooth in Settings on your Bluetooth device.
- Hold the charging case next to your Bluetooth device and remove the earphones from the case to turn them on. The earphones will turn on and automatically enter Pairing mode if they are not paired with another device. The LED indicators on the earphones will flash white. The Pairing mode is available for 5 minutes.
- On your Bluetooth device, search for “HIGHONE TWS HO1” in the list of discoverable Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Once the earphones have been successfully connected to the Bluetooth device, 1 earphone will flash slowly while the other earphone will flash quickly every 10 seconds. You will hear a prompt tone. The earphones are ready to use.
- If the earphones are not successfully paired within 10 minutes, they will turn off. Repeat the pairing process to try again.
- Once the Bluetooth pairing process has been successful, the connection will be automatic the next time you enable Bluetooth on your paired device and the earphones are turned on within a 10-metre range.
- After turning the earphones on, if the earphones cannot find the paired device within a few seconds, the earphones will automatically switch to Pairing mode for 10 minutes and then turn off if no connection is established.
NOTE: When both earphones are connected to your Bluetooth device, even if
you decide to put the Left or Right earphone back into the charging case, you
will still be able to continue using the remaining earphone without
interruption.
Resetting the TWS pairing
If you cannot pair the earphones, you can reset them. Resetting the earphones
clears any previous Bluetooth connections.
- Take one of the earphones out of the charging case.
- When the white LED indicator flashes quickly, tap and hold the earphone CONTROL button for 6 seconds until the white LED indicator turns off.
- Return the earphone to the charging case.
- Repeat steps 1-3 above with the other earphone.
- On your Bluetooth device/phone, remove the old “HIGHONE TWS HO1” connection as it will no longer work. Then reconnect the earphones to your Bluetooth device as shown in the PAIRING WITH A BLUETOOTH DEVICE section.
Pairing one earphone (Mono mode) with a Bluetooth device
To pair only one earphone with your Bluetooth device, remove only the earphone
of your choice (Left or Right) from the charging case and follow the Bluetooth
pairing process above to pair the earphone. The remaining earphone should be
turned off in the case.
Using the earphones
After you have successfully paired the earphones with a Bluetooth device:
- Enable Bluetooth on the paired Bluetooth device, such as your smartphone.
- Remove the earphones from the charging case to turn them on. The earphones will beep once when connected to the Bluetooth device
- Use the volume controls on your Bluetooth device to adjust the volume. Before wearing the earphones, always set the volume to a safe level.
- Use the controls on your Bluetooth device or the CONTROL buttons on the earphones to control music playback, answer calls or use the voice assistant:

- This function is available for Android devices.
- The voice assistant function works with Siri and Google Assistant on iOS and Android devices.
- Refer to your device/smartphone’s user manual to enable the voice assistant before using this function.
NOTE:
- While listening to music, playback will automatically pause as soon as you remove one earphone from your ear and continue when you put it back in again.
- The earphones will automatically turn off if they are not used for 3 minutes while connected to the Bluetooth device. To awaken the earphones, tap the CONTROL button once.
Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING!
- Before cleaning, always unplug the charging cable from the charging case to disconnect the unit from the mains supply.
- Never immerse the earphones, charging case or charging cable in water or any other liquid. Never rinse them under the tap.
- Clean the unit regularly to avoid dust build-up and prolong its service life.
- Wipe the earphones and charging case with a soft, slightly damp or dry cloth. Make sure that no liquid enters the unit.
- Allow the earphones to dry completely before placing them back into the charging case.
- When cleaning the unit, never use abrasive products, metal brushes, scourers, wire sponges or sharp utensils.
Troubleshooting
The unit does not work.
- Fully charge the charging case and earphones.
- Make sure the external device being used to charge the unit is connected to the mains and/or turned on.
- Check that the earphones are switched on.
- If the unit is still not working, get it checked by a qualified technician.
The operating time is too short after charging.
- Fully charge the charging case and earphones.
There is no sound.
- Increase the volume on your Bluetooth device.
- Check that the devices are paired. If that doesn’t work, switch them off and delete/forget the earphones’ Bluetooth pairing on your Bluetooth device. Then try to pair the devices again.
The earphones cannot be paired with your smartphone.
- Make sure the earphones are fully charged.
- Make sure the earphones are not connected to other devices.
- Make sure your smartphone’s operating system is updated and/or Bluetooth is turned on.
- Place the devices closer together (within 10 metres).
Storage
- Always unplug the charging cable from the charging case and the power source before storing the earphones.
- Store the unit in a fresh, dry and clean place, out of the reach of children and pets.
- Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when it is not in use for a long period of time.
Disposing of your old device
SEPARATE COLLECTIONS FOR ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRICAL DEVICES
This product must not be disposed of or recycled with other household waste
when it reaches the end of its useful life. The product and its packaging
should be collected and recycled separately from other waste.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY WASTE?
- Please dispose of your waste in accordance with the advice below to reduce the impact of your new purchase on the environment.
- You are legally responsible for separating the waste associated with this product (and any accessories) so that it can be recycled, including any instructions or/or packaging.
- Electric and electronic appliances should not be sorted or recycled together with other household waste.
- Keep used products and packaging out of the reach of children, as they can pose a safety hazard.
- Please retain the instructions and any other notices throughout the service life of the device, and include these documents with the device if it is passed on to third party.
- For packaging and other notices, please refer to the recycling instructions on the main packaging, and to the advice available on the Internet.

- If you do not have Internet access, please contact your local authority for advice on how to sort and recycle your waste.

The batteries must be changed in accordance with current disposal regulations. Please take the used batteries to a dedicated recycling centre, in order for them to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

or the materials used for a period of two years, starting from the date of
purchase.* This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by failure to
install the device correctly, incorrect use of the product, or excessive wear
