WF05E Intrinsically safe flashlight
The WF05E is an intrinsically safe flashlight, intended for all areas at risk of explosion, excluding underground mines. It has passed the necessary tests and was certified by IECEX, ATEX and SGS. Thus this product can be safely used in Zone 1 and Zone 2, where there is explosive gas mixture belongs to IIA, IIB and IIC; and it can be used in combustible dust areas: Zone 21 and Zone 22 as well, such as petroleum, chemical and textile industries, fire controlling, metallurgical areas, electric power stations and areas, and paper producing plants, etc.

- CREE XP-G2 LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours.
- Powered by two AAA alkaline batteries as shown in the battery list below.
- Three output levels, max 85 lumens.
- Made of durable high-strength and oxidation-resistance aluminum.
- Premium type HAIll hard-anodized anti-abrasive finish.
- Physical reverse polarity protection, to protect from the improper battery insertion.
- Weight: 1.34 oz/38 g (excluding batteries).
- 5.29″ Length x 0.75″ Head diameter x 0.59″ Body diameter/ 134.5 x 19 x 14.9 mm.

Test condition: Two Energizer E92 AAA Alkaline batteries, temperature 21 +3°C, humidity 50%-80%.
Operating Instruction
ON/OFF
With the light switched off, turn the flashlight head clockwise to turn on the
light.
With the light switched on, turn the flashlight head counterclockwise to turn
off the light. Turn another half to avoid accidental activation.
Output Selection
Twist the light head to cycle through Med-Off-High-Off→ Low-Off
Battery Replacement
Open the light head and replace the battery and ensure it is inserted in accordance with polarity marks, then tighten the light head.

Warning :
- Do not disassemble the light or replace battery in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- For your safety, only use the above-mentioned batteries.
- Do not mix batteries of different types and capacities. Doing so may cause danger, or damage the flashlight
Usage and Maintenance
- Uses only the three recommended types of batteries.
- If the light will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery, or the light could be damaged by electrolyte leakage.
- Remove the battery in non-explosive environments or unscrew the light head one-half turn to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.
- Long-term use can result in O-ring wear. To maintain a proper water seal, replace the ring with an approved spare

Warning
- Do not disassemble the light or replace battery in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- Do not keep the light surface in contact with electric equipments in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- Do not use in explosive atmospheres if the flashlight is with missing parts or the shell of it is obviously broken.
- The flashlight is a high-intensity lighting device capable of causing eye damage to the user or others. Avoid shining the flashlight directly into anyone’s eyes.
Special condition of use
- Do not open the enclosure or replace the batteries when an explosive atmosphere may be present.
- Only the following batteries may be used in the model WF05E Flashlight:
a) Energizer type E92 alkaline.
b) Duracell type MN2400 alkaline.
c) Panasonic LR03XWA alkaline
