Features

Keys’ functions

ON/TARE: Press the key to power on the scale and start up weighing process. For tare operation, press the key again to clear the display and reset weight indication to zero.
OFF: Press the key to power off the scale.
MODE: 1) Weighing units exchange key. Press the key to select lb and kg sequentially while it is unlocked.
2) Hold “MODE” for 8 seconds to lock (‘off’) and unlock (‘on’) MODE key.

Startup

– Adjust 4 bottom screws to achieve a good level and make sure scale on flat.
– Plug the power core or install the batteries, press ‘ON/TARE’ key to start the scale, wait until ‘8.8.8.8.8.’ appear on LCD for scale self-test. Then LCD displays zero and is ready for weighing operation.
– Put the weight on the weighing pan, the LCD digits will indicate the weighing value of the weight.

Warnings

– If you use the batteries for power supply, you must replace batteries when LCD flickers “ Lo”.
– The scale will cut off the power if on standby for 8 minutes.
– Keep the scale clean to ensure the normal working.
– Take the batteries out if not operate for a long time.
– The scales are either battery or Mains operated. Please ensure you do not use both battery and Mains power at the same time.
– Always keep the scale dry and cover after use. The scale can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
– Keep the scale away from direct sunlight, heat, flame and high humidity.

Error Code:

– When LCD showing –H– on the scale.
– Reason 1. Overloading
– Solution: Remove that item and restart.
– Reason 2. Load cell broken
– If LCD always show –H– even that is nothing on scale, that means load cell broken
– Solution: change load cell and do calibration again.
