Drill 6 holes at marked positions

Drill 4 holes at marked positions

Install 6 anchors into drilled holes, then install 6 hex lag screws through wall plate mounting holes and into anchors.

Install 4 hex lag screws throgh wall plate mounting holes and into drilled holes.
