- AUDIO AUX IN . CONNECT TO CAR AUX
- GPS ANTENNA CONNECT TO Z
- CONNECT TO ‘ W
***Be sure to cut off the power supply before installation.
- Tool: Plastic knife, Hexagon socket screwdriver, T25/T20 tape.
Pry open the air conditioning outlet panel with a plastic knife and remove the double flash plug; Push outward from the inside and take out the CD player entrance and exit decoration strip, remove the cover and two screws
Remove the four screws behind and the cover as follow:
A POWER CONNECTOR
Pick out the original CD host, Plug and connect the original car host directly with the Android host according to the wiring diagram.
B PCB BOARD INSTALLATION
***Be sure to cut off the power supply before installation.
Remove the original screen and open it
take the LCD display out of the holder and place the TAFFIO® PCB board here
Connect the Flat cable from the PCB board to the original display board
Front view after replacing the LCD display with the PCB board
The blue connector of the PCB board will be Connected to the Android display
Also the 12V + cable of the PCB board Connect as shown in the picture
The PCB board can then be hidden behind the Display
CAR SELECTION
Settings > Factory Setup > Code 1314
Choose Car Model
BUILT IN CARPLAY
- OPEN Z LINK APP IN APPS MENU ( ICON CAN BE DIFFERENT )
- CONNECT YOUR SMARTPHONE VIA USB ( PLEASE TRY BOTH USB, ONLY ONE OF THEM IS FOR CARPLAY & ANDROIDAUTO )
- CARPLAY / ANDROIDAUTO WILL START AUTOMATICLY
