Presentation of Conventional panel IRON 02/04

The conventional fire detection and fire alarm control panel IRON02/04 from COFEM represents all the knowledge of 50 years experiences in the fire detection market.
This control panel has two models so, it can be adapted to the needs of each installation: IRON02 (2 zones) and IRON04 (4 zones).

Main Technical features:

  • Control panel with 2 or 4 zones for using conventional detectors and MPC (manual call point).
  • Up to 32 devices (detectors + MPCs) per zone.
  • 2 monitored general sounder output, delayable from 0 to 7 minutes, and protected by a fuse.
  • 1 immediate alarm output through a dry NO/NC contact (Normally Open/Normally Closed).
  • 1 immediate fault output through a dry NO/NC contact (Normally Open/Normally Closed).
  • One 30V/DC monitored auxiliary outputs protected by a fuse for external power supply as sounders, relay units, etc.
  • It has a test mode for quickly and easy checking of detectors and manual call points.
  • It allows configuration of the Open line, alarm detector and alarm manual call point thresholds for adjusting to operation with other detectors.
  • Metal box with front bolted door, 10 predrilled holes of 28mm to connect wire with panel and area for two 2A batteries.
  • Certified according to standard EN 54-2 and EN 54-4.
  • Dimensions: 248 x 240 x 105 mm.
  • IP code IP30.

Control panel LEDs are the same for both references. The only difference is the number of zones LEDs.

SOUNDER FAULT| | Amber| General Sounder output condition.

Control keys and actions

a) How to stop buzzer.

Control keys and actions| Stop buzzer

Stop acoustic sound (buzzer) because of an alarm or fault.
►  1 pressing ⇒ switches off the sounder noise. In the event of a new incident, the buzzer will activate automatically.

b) How to stop sounders

⇒ Pressing at the same time: Zone 1 and Zone 4.
