inkstation 32 CB-DB Barcode Scanner
Appearance description and Button function
Note: To avoid user misoperation due to unfamiliar with the button functions, button 1 and button 3 are turned off by default. After being familiar with the button functions, can turn it on through the setting code.
Buttons Instructions
The functions of Button 1 & Button 3 are turned off by default, if you want to turn on, please scan “Button 1 & Button 3 Function-ON”.
How to pair the bluetooth barcode scanner via buttons?
Press “Button 2”, the buzzer beeps, the scanner starts.
Press “Button 3” for 8 seconds, the bluetooth indicator flashes from slow to
fast. Find “Barcode Scanner HID” in your phone’s or computer’s available
devices, click to pair. After paired successfully, the bluetooth indicator
will be steady.
Switch from Bluetooth-HID Mode to 2.4G Wireless Mode.
If the scanner is in Bluetooth-HID Mode, plug the 2.4G receiver to the
computer, press “Button 3”, the scanner will switch to 2.4G Wireless Mode.
If the 2.4G indicator is steady, it means the scanner paired successfully to
the receiver.
If the 2.4G indicator is flashing, need to pair again. Unplug the receiver,
press “Button 3” for 8 seconds, the 2.4G indicator flashes from slow to fast,
plug the receiver to the computer in 30 seconds. If the 2.4G indicator is
steady, the scanner paired successfully to the receiver.
Switch from 2.4G Wireless Mode to Bluetooth-HID Mode.
If the scanner is in 2.4G Wireless Mode, press “Button 3”, the scanner will
switch to Bluetooth-HID Mode, it will connect with the latest bluetooth device
it paired.
Switch Instant Upload Mode and Storage Mode.
The scanner is in Instant Upload Mode by default, if need to switch to
Storage Mode, press “Button 1”. In Storage Mode, press “Button 1” for 8
seconds can upload the stored data.
Note:
- If not familiar with these button functions, advise you to setup the scanner through setting barcodes on the manual.
- Recommended to use 2.4G Wireless Mode at the PC!

Pairing operation

Scan “Bluetooth HID”(SPP/BLE scans SPP or BLE)

Scan “Pairing”,the bluetooth indicator flashing which means in pairing
(Note:At this point, double-click will exit the pairing state.) -
Choose the scanner is going to pair with the host,When the connection is successful, the bluetooth indicator is always on and the buzzer beeps “Di”.
2.4G pairing operation
- Scan “2.4G”.
- Scan “Pairing”,the wireless indicator flashing which means in pairing.
- Insert 2.4G-Receiver,When the connection is successful, the wireless indicator is always on and the buzzer beeps “Di”.

Barcode data is uploaded to your device.
- Upload successfully: The buzzer rang “ Di ”.
- Upload failed: The buzzer rang “ Di-Di-Di ”.
Storage mode
Barcode data is stored in the scanner memory.
- Save successfully:The buzzer rang “ Do-Di ”.
- Save failed:The buzzer range “ Di-Di-Di ”.
Show total storage
Show total number of memory.
Upload Data
After the data is uploaded, the stored barcode data will not be automatically
deleted and can be uploaded multiple times,Please upload as close as possible
to the receiver, ensure the signal is good, or upload by cable.
Clear data
Clear all data in memory, Please use it with caution!

Prefix and suffix
Scan the character barcode you want to add. (appendix).
Note:Up to 32 characters can be added.
