ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Unpack the components carefully. Please check all parts have been removed from
the packaging.

Safety Cut Out
- When the water tank is full the suction will be cut off and there will be an audible sound indicating the vacuum cleaner is operating at high speed. Turn off the power supply and pour out the water. Leave to completely cool down for 2 hours. Then restart vacuum cleaner.
- When the vacuum cleaner is not in an upright position it will cut out. Turn off the power supply and bring the vacuum cleaner into an upright position. Leave to completely cool down for 2 hours. The restart it.
Assembly
Caution: Always be sure that the cleaner is switched off and unplugged before carrying out any work on the cleaner.

Firmly press the castors into the base of the tank.

Put the filter bag on the tank edge.
-
Put the head on the tank and set 2 clips tightly into the locked position.

Insert the silencer into the blow hole and lock by locking it clockwise.

Insert the hose into suction hole and lock in a clockwise direction.

Use either floor brush, small brush or nozzle

To use the blow function, remove the silencer and insert the hose into the blow hole.

Insert the plug into socket and turn the switch to the “ON” position.

Use the handle to pick up and carry the vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning and Replacing the Filter
The suction power will reduce as the tank fills up. For optimum performance empty the tank regularly.
How to clean
- Turn off the power supply.
- Turn the hose in an anti-clockwise direction to remove it.
- Loosen the 2 clips to access the head and tank.
- Slowly lift out the head part.
- Remove the filter and clean it. The filter bag can be cleaned with clean warm water. If it is very clogged up a neutral cleaning detergent can be used.
- To re-assembly reverse steps.
Note: Check the position of the filter if the head does not sit properly
in position.
The direction of the power switch and inlet opening should line up.
FAQs
Vacuum cleaner does not work.
1. It is not plugged in. 2. The switch is not in the “ON” position. 3. There is no electric power from the socket. 4. The motor has overheated and has cut out. 1. Plug in correct position. 2. Turn switch to “ON”. 3. Check electricity is working. 4. Let the motor cool down for 2 hours. Then switch back on.
Suction poweris reduced
1. Dust tank is full. 2. Hose is broken. 3. Suction hole is blocked. 4. Filter is not in correct position. 5. Hose connector is not in correct position. 1. Empty the dust tank. 2. Replace the hose. 3. Check suction hole and all connecting parts. 4. Re-fit the filter in correct position. 5. Reassemble the hose in correct position.
Brush/nozzle difficult to move
1. Strong suction makes brush/nozzle difficult to move. 1. Adjust the angle between the brush/nozzle and the floor.
PLUG WIRING (UK & IRELAND)
This appliance is fitted with a moulded BS 1363 13-amp plug. This is fitted
with a 13amp fuse.
If you have to replace the fuse, only those that are ASTA or BSI approved to
BS1362 should be used.
If there is a fuse cover fitted, this cover must be re-fitted after changing
the fuse. If the fuse cover is lost or damaged the plug must not be used.
Spare fuse holders and fuses are available from electrical outlets. If the
socket outlets in your home or office are not suitable for this product’s
plug, the plug must be removed and disposed of safely. Attempts to insert the
plug into the wrong socket is likely to cause electric hazard.
