This fully automatic smart door lock is exclusively equipped with a two-
segment lock body
Admin Settings
Add administrator password
- Press [], [] key, it will give the voice prompt “Please add 6-digit administrator password and press [# ] key to confirm”, user input 6-digit password and press [#] key to confirm.
- It will give the voice prompts “Please add 6-digit administrator password again, press [#] to confirm”, then enter the same set of group password.
- It will give the voice prompts “Add successfully”, the system automatically jumps to the main menu, and the user can exit or perform other operations according to the voice navigation.
- After adding the administrator password, you need to add the administrator fingerprint.
Enter the main menu
Light up the touch screen and press [*] twice, please use the administrator fingerprint or password for verification to enter the main menu. Entering the main menu must be verified by entering the administrator information. After entering the main menu, users can select the operation according to the menu number and press the corresponding numeric key.

Add face
a. Press [] [] to enter admin mode, press [1] to add user, and then press [1] to add user’s face. b. Follow the voice prompts to enter the front face, right part of face, left part of face, bottom part of face and top part of face in the face recognition area, and wait until you hear the voice prompt “add successfully”, which means the user’s face is added successfully. -
Adding fingerprints
The user places a finger on the fingerprint sensor. When hearing the voice prompts “Please enter fingerprints again”, the user places the same finger on the sensor. It will give you the voice prompts “Add successfully. If you continue to add, please press the [#] key, and please the [*] key to exit.”
a. To record a fingerprint, the user needs to record 6 times continuously.
When collecting fingerprints, try to collect fingerprints from different locations on the same finger several times, so that subsequent verification of fingerprints is easier to be recognized. -
Adding password
The user enters a 6 -digit password, presses [#] to confirm, and when hearing the voice prompts “Please enter the same password again”, the user enters the same password. It also supports the dummy password function. The user can add random numbers before and after the correct password to achieve password input and verify unlocking (for verification, it can include up to 32 digits dummy password, only one set of password can be included which can not be repeated). -
Add induction card
The user brings the card close to the antenna receiving area, until hearing the voice prompts “add successfully”.
Delete user
Press [*] twice on the touch screen to verify with the administrator’s
fingerprint or password to enter the main menu. To enter the main menu, you
must enter the administrator information to verify. After entering the main
menu, users can press the corresponding numeric key to select the operation
according to the menu number.
Delete all
a. When hearing the voice prompt “Delete all”, users can delete all faces,
passwords, fingerprints and induction cards,
b. When hearing the voice prompt “Confirm the deletion”, press the [#] key to
confirm and press the [*] key to cancel.
Verify to delete
- When hearing the voice prompt “Verify to delete the recorded face”, you need to verify that the user has recorded the face, and the system will delete the recorded face after passing the verification.
- When hearing the voice prompt “Verify to delete the recorded fingerprint, password or access card, you need to verify that the user has recorded the fingerprint/ password/ door card, and the system will delete the recorded fingerprint/ password/ door card after passing the verification.
Delete by number
When hearing the voice prompt “Delete password/ induction card/ fingerprint/ face by number”, user can input 3-digit user number, such as “001”. If the users have been included in the system, it will give the voice prompts “Delete successfully”, if the users have not been included in the system, it will give the voice prompts “Operation failed”.
Note: The current administrator can not be deleted, the system guarantees at least one administrator can not be deleted to avoid the lock in the default state. the user can open the lock at will. and the user will not be able to enter the management menu
Restore factory settings
Network settings
- It will give the voice prompt “network configuring, please wait a moment”
- Connect the mobile phone to WIFI, open the “Smart Lenovo” APP, click the “+” button in the upper right corner, select “Security”, select “Lenovo Smart Lock F1 Pro”, and then follow the instructions to add the operation.
Network settings
Download the “Tuya” App, and register your account according to the prompts.
You can also search for “Tuya” in the mobile app store to download and install
the App.
Note: As the APP version will be optimized on a regular basis it shall be
subject to the actual APP interface.
Note: If the above steps fail, you can choose to switch the network
configuration mode in the App and follow the instructions on the App page.
After completing the network configuration, you can modify the name of the smart lock and select the room where it is located. Click “Finish” and then you may use the App function of the smart lock.
The main functions of the APP are as follows:
- You can view and manage user and user-related passwords, keys, and door cards.
- You can create and manage dynamic passwords and temporary passwords (which can be unlocked (2 for a specified period of time.
- Remote notification of normal door opening messages.
- Duress password / duress fingerprint unlocking can be remotely alarmed need to set the duress unlocking method in the user management).
- If the doorbell alarm, the date and time can be viewed.
- When double authentication is required for unlocking, the APP only shows the second time to open the door ID and the way.
Notes:
The following problems may cause the smart lock binding failure, please
check to avoid such problems.
- The router opens the anti-WIFI-squatter function, which may lead to the device cannot be connected normally, you can check whether the anti-WIFI-squatter function is opened, temporarily close it when the network is matched, and then restore the router settings after successful network configuration.
- Dual-band router users, please ensure that the cell phone and smart lock is connected to the 2.4G band WiFi.
- Due to the instability of the bridged network, it is recommended to connect non-bridged WiFi.
- The smart lock does not support WAP/ WP A2 enterprise WiFi for now, please use other WiFi.
- Android system phones need to open the GPS,

- If a product fails and is damaged due to a quality defect under normal use as confirmed by us during the warranty period from the date of your purchase, we will repair, replace or return the product to you free of charge, as appropriate. You are required to provide an accurate, complete and legibly completed valid sales invoice when claiming the warranty.

- Misuse, abuse or improper transportation, maintenance or storage, such as, but not limited to, use under improper temperature, humidity or its improper environmental conditions.
- Force majeure or accidental events, network or power outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorized repair or tampering by persons not authorized by Lenovo.
- Any third party products or services.
- Use of the product for any purposes other than those specified or intended.
- Use in other ways that violate the product’s instructions for use.
- Normal wear and tear or aging, scratches, scuffs, and problems caused by the use of coatings, solvents, or other chemicals that occur during the use of the product are not covered by the warranty. If the product’s original identification label is altered or destroyed, this warranty will be void. The product and accompanying materials are not warranted to be in good condition and are subject to inspection by you upon receipt of the product and any discrepancies The above is our entire warranty for the product and applies only within the jurisdiction of mainland China. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights under the law, and nothing in this User Manual may affect your consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws.

Note : Please check the contents carefully according to the list after
unpacking, and if the user finds any missing please ask us for the same in a
timely manner.
Description
Face recognition
Make the recorded face close to the lock. When the lock end recognizes the
face information, and face is verified successfully, it will give a voice
prompt “verify successfully, and the lock has been opened”.
Fingerprint unlocking
Press the fingerprint area to open the lock. After it is verified, the lock
can be opened (please add the user’s fingerprint in the admin mode for the

Password unlock
Wake up the panel to enter the password + “#” key. After it is verified, the
lock can be opened. (Please add the user password in the admin mode for the
first time)
Encrypted induction card
Place the induction card in the proximity area to unlock after successful
verification. (Please add the induction card in the admin mode for the first
time)
C-level key
In case of forgetting the password or insufficient power supply, when the
smart door lock cannot operate, you can use the mechanical spare key or
external mobile power to open the lock.
