The Calming Heat Neck Wrap (Model: CHNW-9) is a product designed
to provide soothing heat therapy and massage to the neck area. It
features a patented design and is made in China. The product is a
trademark of Allstar Innovations and comes with a patent pending.
It is a Class B digital apparatus that complies with Canadian
ICES-003 regulations.

RESET INSTRUCTIONS

If your heating pad unexpectedly shuts off (not including the Auto-Off setting feature), follow these steps:

1. Unplug the unit.
2. Wait 3 minutes.
3. Plug unit in and operate normally.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Plug the included USB adapter into any 120 volt AC electrical outlet. You can also power the neck wrap with any 2.1A USB power source. Please note 1A USB power source may not achieve proper heat and vibration performance.
2. Press the Heat button 1X and allow product to preheat 5 minutes. Ensure the heat button is illuminated RED.
3. Wrap the heating pad around neck with the controller facing away from your body.
4. To turn either of the features off, press and hold the heat and/or massage button for 1.5 seconds.
5. Avoid crushing pad. Avoid sharp folds during use.

CONTROLLER FEATURES

Pulse Feedback Feature
This product is equipped with a pulse feedback feature on the heat button The device will pulse 3 times for high, 2 times for medium, and 1 time for low to indicate the heat setting while wearing the neck wrap.

Additional Neck Extension Feature
This product includes a neck extension strap that will increase the overall length of the neck wrap by 3 inches.

To install extension strap:

1. Attach the hook and loop portion of the extension strap to the inner facing portion of the neck wrap (side facing towards body).
2. Place the partially assembled neck wrap around your neck, and attach the extension strap to the hook and loop on the neck wrap.

AUTO-OFF FEATURE
This product includes an Auto-Off Feature: The heating function will turn off automatically after 2 hours of continuous use, and the vibration feature will turn off after 15 minutes of continuous use.

NOTE: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature automatically resets the timer,

FAQ

What do I do if my heating pad unexpectedly shuts off or won’t turn on (not including auto-off)?
If this occurs, simply unplug the unit from the outlet, wait 3 minutes, and plug it back in.

What if I leave my Neck Wrap on by accident?
The Neck Wrap comes with a 2 hr. auto-off heat feature and a 15 min. auto-off for the vibration feature.

Why doesn’t my Neck Wrap feel hot enough?

• Please ensure that the controller of Neck Wrap is facing away from your body.
• Using it on the opposite side will make the pad feel substantially cooler.
