SETUP

Insert the SIM card

  1. Prepare one nano-SIM card.FIRSTNUM-CPE-C1-WiFi-Router-FIG-10
  2. There is a place for inserting a SIM card at the bottom of the CPE.FIRSTNUM-CPE-C1-WiFi-Router-FIG-11
  3. Insert the SIM card in the direction shown by the icon at the slot,simply push forward when inserting,hear a “click” sound,Indicates that the SIM card is inserted.

After the CPE is connected to the power supply, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

  2. On the top of the CPE, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds,and the power light will turn on.

Connecting to your router’s Wi-Fi network

  1. The computer connects to the LAN port of the CPE product through a network cable.FIRSTNUM-CPE-C1-WiFi-Router-FIG-14
  2. Once the router has connected to a mobile data network,you can connect your computer or mobile phone to the router’s Wi-Fi network to access the Internet. Please refer to the label on the bottom of the router for the default wireless network name and password.

Change WIFI name and password

  • Ensure that you promptly change the default login password for the web based management page to prevent unauthorized users from changing the router’s settings.
  • After the CPE is connected to the computer,Open the browser on the computer and enter to log in to the CPE 192.168.1.1 product background.

  • Please refer to the label on the bottom of the CPE of configure account and password.
  • After successfully logging into the background, click My Wi-Fi. You can change the wifi name and password.FIRSTNUM-CPE-C1-WiFi-Router-FIG-17
  • After the setting is completed, please connect to the WiFi again, and you can access the Internet.

Connect CPE and Internet through network cable

When your SIM card uses up data traffic, you can connect the WAN interface of the device to the ONU through a network cable to connect to the Internet.

FAQS

How to restore the factory default Settings?

  • After the router is turned on, use a pointed object (paper clip, pen tip, etc.) to insert it into the reset hole, and all the indicator lights are off. 3 seconds later, the device restarts. A factory reset will erase all custom settings, please exercise caution.

How to use WPS to connect the Router?

  1. Press the WPS button on top of the CPE for 3 seconds, and the wifi indicator starts to flash
  2. Enable WPS on other device within 2 minutes to connect to the CPE

Why can’t I access the router’s web-based management page?

  1. Ensure that your computer is connected to the router through an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
  2. Ensure that your computer is set to obtain an IP address and DNS server address automatically.
  3. Restart your browser, or try using another browser.
  4. If the problem persists, restore the router to its factory settings.

Power safety

  • The power plug is used as a device to disconnect the power.
  • The power socket should be installed near the equipment and should be easily accessible.
  • When the device is not in use, please disconnect the power supply from the device and unplug the power plug from the power outlet.
  • Please do not drop or hit the power source. When the power source casing is damaged, please contact the authorized service center for replacement.

Warranty

  • Within one year of the shipment of the goods, if there is a fault that is proven to be caused by a defect in product materials or workmanship, the manufacturer will repair or replace it free of charge.
  • The warranty period of all repaired or replaced parts is 90 days from the date of dispatch of the goods.
