SPL Washrooms DL3100 Supreme Delta Basin Mounted Automatic Tap
Product Information
The Supreme Delta Series Sensor Taps are automatic taps designed for basin mounting. They come in three different models: DL1051DC, DL1051AC, DL3100DC, DL3100AC, DL2251DC, and DL2251AC. These taps feature several useful functions:
- Low power usage: The taps are powered by 4 x AA batteries, which can last up to 2 years based on 300 cycles per day.
- Time out protection: If there is continuous washing for over 1 minute, the tap will automatically reset after 10 seconds once the obstruction is removed.
- Simple maintenance: The taps have a built-in water strainer to prevent dirt and debris from clogging the system.
- Low power warning: The tap’s sensor has a flashing indicator LED that alerts users when the batteries need to be replaced.
- 240v connection available: The taps can also be connected to a 240v power supply.
When installing the tap, please note the following:
- For single-hole basins, the hole diameter should be between 30-32mm.
- For tri-hole basins, the center hole diameter should be 28mm, and the outside hole diameters should be 102mm.
- If you are installing the 240V version of the tap, it is recommended to consult with an electrician.
- Do not use corrosive or abrasive compounds to clean the faucet or detection lens.

INSTALLATION
- Fit braided outlet pipe into faucet body then draw this and the sensor flex through the center hole in the basin.
- Use the fitted washer and fixing nut to fasten the faucet body.
- Drill two holes in the wall in relation to the holes in the control box mounting bracket. Insert the plastic expansion plugs into the holes and fix the bracket to the wall using the self-tapping screws.
- Mount the control box onto the bracket and fasten the screws.
- Insert the sensor plug into the sensor socket of the control box. Fasten the fixing nut.
- Mount the other end of the braided outlet pipe into the outlet on the control box.
- Connect the control box to the main water supply pipe with a braided pipe to the inlet on the control box.
POWER CONNECTION
NOTE: 240v Version ready to plug into power supply.
- Open the control box and take out the battery box.
- Insert 4 x AA batteries and close. If the box is difficult to close, squeeze the rubber sides to remove air.
- Place the battery box back into the control box.
- Connect the battery box and solenoid valve and do up the wires.
- Close the control box.
CHECKING POWER:
When the indicator light flashes every 2-3 seconds the batteries are
running low and will need replacing. See Power Installation for more details.
If the tap will not be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries to
prevent corrosion.
FILTER CLEANING: Clean the filter after the first month of use, followed
by a clean every six months. A reduced flow rate may also be a sign of a dirty
filter.
To clean the filter:
- Close off the water supply
- Unscrew the nut at the end of the inlet pipe and take out the filter.
- Clean the filter with water and remount, then refasten the nut.
