HOW TO USE
- After powering on, simultaneously press and hold the volume up and down buttons for 7 seconds.
- Five times, first insert the 3.5 mm audio cord into the headphones, then remove them (The action should be very fast).
- Check to determine if the headphones work by plugging in the charging cable.
HOW TO CONNECT TO PHONE
The receiver jack on the headset. The hub into which the handset wire is connected is the receiver jack. On the side of the phone, this is positioned. It’s crucial to slowly insert the cord until you hear it click.
HOW TO CONNECT TO A COMPUTER
Look under the right earcup for the audio jack. The 6.35mm audio cable should now be inserted into the jack located behind the right earcup. Your laptop, computer, or other audio device should accept the second end of the 3.5mm cable.
HOW TO SETUP ON WINDOWS 10
Go to Settings > System > Sound on Windows 10. Choose your headphone from the dropdown menu under Output. The Master Volume Slider can be used to change the volume. Try switching between them if that doesn’t work; if you can hear the audio, that’s your headphone.
HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT
- Restart the computer after unplugging the headset from the USB port of the PC.
- Directly connect the headset to the computer; do not use a hub or docking device.
- Ensure that the headset is set as the PC’s default device for both sound recording and playback.
FAQs
Are the cups round or roundish (like on the A70 – too small for me)? What are the measurements ‘inside the cup top-to-bottom and side-to-side? They are oval-shaped: inside-the-cup measurements are 2 inches top to bottom and 1.5 inches side to side.
Do these share drivers with the excellent “pro-10”? What sonic improvement does pro50 offer vs. pro10 ?
I feel the sound signature is about the same these are just a little more comfortable.
Just received and only one ear works is there something I can do?
Yeah return it and get a better pair and not from the same company
Can someone help me with wired headphones works well?
All I can say is you get what you pay for, but no need to go out and buy a 100$ set of head phones. Amazon’s sets for <50$ are a good buy
Can these be used for zoom meetings?
Yes, they have a cable with in-line mic in the box.
Good for watching movies on a plane?
Because they are a very tight fit and very uncomfortable(at least on my head) I have to say no. I returned mine for a refund. I recommend trying the Oneodio A71 headphones. These are comfortable and sound better.
Are these head phones made in America?
No. Like a lot of high-quality electronic equipment (Beats for example) these were manufactured in China.
Why is the silver dimension different from the black dimension? What is Silver color dimension exactly?
The silver and black dimensions are the same. You can choose the color you want most.
I have fresh ear lobe piercings, will these cover my entire ear and not push against ear lobe?
I also have several piercings and I did not want on ear headphones for that reason. These go over my entire ear. I have a small head so I can’t speak to it if you have a bigger head but I believe these should cover the entire ear and not put pressure on your ear lobes anywhere.
**I’m deaf in one ear, at times john & Paul are on one channel and George & ringo are in the other. Will i receive a mono signal from these headphones?**

Are these headphones foldable?
No they are not foldable but they come with their own bag though that you can put them in to store them
How bad does the music “bleed” out? If I’m listening to music, does it interrupt people around me?
Little to no noise bleed. Shouldn’t bother anyone.
Length and width of inside ear cups in millimeters if possible?
It has plenty of room to cover the entire ear. The depth is also very good.
Is there a mute button for the microphone?
Yes. The small jack cord has it near the earphone end. The large jack cord does not. I do not use it. The description in the listing is not clear. Sound quality is good as reviewers mostly agree. A good choice.
How long are the cables?
Approx. 4 ft., squiggly in the middle.
