Airwell AHU V2-7ACELH040 Wired Controller

Product Information

The AHU V2-7ACELH040 Wired Controller is a device used for controlling and monitoring the operation of a specific unit. Parts and Functions

• Button ON/OFF: Press this button to turn on/off the unit. It will display green when turned on.
• Button Mode: Press this button to adjust the operation mode.
• Button UP/Down: Press these buttons to adjust the fan speed or other functions.
• Button Decrease/Increase: Press these buttons to adjust the temperature or other parameters.
• Button Menu: Press this button to enter the menu function.
• Button Back: Press this button to return to the previous screen or hold it for 5 seconds to return to the main screen directly.

Usage Instructions

1. To turn on/off the unit, press the ON/OFF button. The display will show green when the unit is turned on.
2. To adjust the operation mode, press the Mode button.
3. To adjust the fan speed or other functions, use the UP/Down buttons.
4. To adjust the temperature or other parameters, use the Decrease/Increase buttons.
5. To enter the menu function, press the Menu button.
6. To go back to the previous screen, press the Back button. Holding the Back button for 5 seconds will directly return to the main screen.
7. Within the menu interface, use the UP/Down buttons to navigate through different functions.
8. Press the OK button to confirm a selected function or parameter adjustment.
9. For specific functions like time and date setting, system status, system settings, error code inquiry, and display settings, refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
10. Ensure that the length of the wiring does not exceed 250m. If it exceeds this limit, an adapter must be used.

Press [ ] to enter the menu interface:

• Press [ ] button to adjust function, press [  ] button to confirm

1. Time and date setting:
   • Press [ ] button to adjust function, press [  ] button to adjust the parameter values.
2. System Status:
   • For multi units in the system, press [ ] button to adjust the unit.
3. System setting

• Press [ ] button to adjust function and press [ ] button to confirm. As a result, the selected function will be displayed in black. Press [ ] button to adjust the parameter values. The system setting function is as follows:

1. Fan setting. This function is used to set fan speed range, including High/medium/Low; High/Low; High.
2. Mode setting. Select this function and press [ ] button to enter this function:
   • Under this function, each mode can be set.
3. Revise overheat: 5 groups of parameters can be adjusted.
4. Revise overcool: 5 groups of parameters can be adjusted.
5. Anti cold air temp. compensation: 5 groups of parameters can be adjusted.
6. Power off memory of unit: ON/OFF can be adjusted.
7. Ambient temp. compensation in heating: -10~10°C can be adjusted.
8. Ambient temp. compensation in cooling: -10~10°C can be adjusted.
9. EEV full open/close: ON/OFF/Normal can be adjusted.
10. Thermo.ON opening: 5 groups of parameters can be adjusted.
11. Thermo.ON opening: 5 groups of parameters can be adjusted.
12. Thermo.ON lower limit: 5 groups of parameters can be adjusted.

Note:

• [ ] button is used to adjust the unit when the function is not confirmed by [ ] button.

Error code inquiry:

• Press [ ] button to adjust function, press [ ] button to inquire the Current/ Historical error.
• Press [ ] button to turn the page to inquiry more errors in Current/ Historical error interface.

Display setting:

• Screen brightness: 30%, 50%, 60%, 80%, 100% adjustable.
• Screen saver setting: 00s, 15s, 30s, 60s adjustable . 00s means the backlight is always bright.

Wired Controller Wiring Instruction

Cautions:

1. The normally used temp. range of wired controller: -10~60°C
2. The wiring of wired controller

• The length of the wiring is not allowed to exceed 250m. If it exceeds 250m, it must be equipped with an adapter.

1. Push down and remove the pendant from the bottom of the wired controller, install the pendant on the 86 cassette.
2. Connect the wiring as follows.
